I'm also listening to the new Gorillaz album, Humanz. I'm a little pissed off so much songs get ruined by Damon's obsession with Trump. So many rap parts in songs filled with pro-obama/anti-trump, genius lyrics like "drop that ass", and rich niggers talking about getting shot by cops. Plastic Beach had some shit about the environment, but I never felt it was that in your face about it. There's some good songs on Humanz, but it's still disappointing to see politics infecting things I usually like.

My favourite Twitch streamer was just banned. He was the only reason I ever went to Twitch. He was on a flight, and someone called the police saying he had a bomb. Police stopped the flight, dragged him and his friend off the plane then questioned him for two hours. A bunch of news agencies reported on it and it caused a big stir. Twitch banned him because he leaked his flight, but it wouldn't have made any difference anyway because the caller would have only needed his name in order to get him in trouble.

They want a society and government that embraces the human condition and generally intervenes in a person's life only to counter those especially destructive natural impulses, like wanting to kill someone who made you really angry. It's why conservatives are mostly fine with a solid blue state like Vermont being really far left and having a lot of spending on government programs, because they do not live in Vermont and do not mind Vermonters doing things their own way as long as they don't try to impose it nationally (they would be fine with Bernie Sanders as governor of Vermont, but were terrified at the thought of him as a socialist president).

Meanwhile, liberals get frothing-at-the-mouth-mad that Kansas only has one or two (can't remember off the top of my head) abortion providers in the whole state because the Kansas legislature made regulatory compliance almost impossible for them; liberals believe Roe v. Wade should have settled the issue forever not just legally, but also culturally (they think Roe v. Wade means everyone HAS to be pro-choice now).
