It's pretty great user don't beat yourself up over it. Only improvement isn't really the water but the way the water is connected tot he skyline. I'd say the transition is a bit to strong and if you maybe added light clouds or made the edge of the water choppier it might look better but that's all I could recommend.

The main problem with her right hand is that the pronation of the forearm. The position of the hand looks (and feels) uncomfortable, try to show the OK sign like Viv is and you will fin it a bit painful, so I would go with a more natural pose.
Her left arm looks a bit misplaced but you can leave it like that if you feel it looks OK.

I liked the way you drew the bridge of the nose, though. Keep going!
