I've got a beef with Maisie Williams. To get right down to it, Maisie likes to inculcate the hermeneutics of suspicion in otherwise open-minded people. Such activity can flourish only in the dark, however. If you drag it into the open, Maisie and her helpmates will run for cover like cockroaches in a dirty kitchen when the light is turned on suddenly during the night. That's why we must promote peace, prosperity, and quality of life, both here and abroad. The facts are, succinctly, these: First, she will stop at nothing to get her way. Second, from secret-handshake societies meeting at “the usual place” to back-door admissions committees, Maisie's representatives have always found a way to put a clog on all attempts to limit Maisie's power. I'll talk about that another time. I have other, more important, things to discuss now. For starters, I don't want to build castles in the air. I don't want to plan things that I can't yet implement. But I do want to champion the force of goodness against the greed of ignominious incendiarism enthusiasts because doing so clearly demonstrates how I oppose, deplore, and disavow discrimination, extremism, and hatred of every kind. An equal but opposite observation is that my long-term goal is to rake her over the coals for devastating vast acres of precious farmland. Unfortunately, much remains to be done. As you may have noticed, Maisie's sophistries raise a number of brow-furrowing questions. I'm referring to questions such as, “What provoked Maisie to mulct us out of our lives' savings?” It's questions like that that indubitably get people thinking about how Maisie believes that honor counts for nothing. Unfortunately, as long as she believes such absurdities, she will continue to commit atrocities.
Some reputed—as opposed to reputable—members of Maisie's brownshirt brigade quite adamantly claim that the stork is responsible for procreation. I find it rather astonishing that anyone could proclaim such a thing, but then again, Maisie's language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind. This is worth noting because she is the embodiment of everything petty in our lives. Every grievance, every envy, every obtrusive ideology finds expression in Maisie Williams. I recently informed Maisie that her spin doctors create a beachhead for organized opportunism. Maisie said she'd “look further into the matter”—well, not too much further. After all, her most recent causeries are irreverent, in bad taste, and inappropriate. I'll stand by that controversial statement and even assume that most readers who bring their own real-life experience will agree with it. At a bare minimum, Maisie's little world is far from reality. No, scratch that. Let me instead make the much stronger claim that everything Maisie says is a lie. I've never in all my life seen someone who lies so much. Let me relate to you three lies she's recently told. First, Maisie made up a story about how there won't be any blowback from her pouring a few drops of wormwood into our general enthusiasm. As you probably guessed, there's not a shred of truth in that story. Second, Maisie said that she is entitled to make higher education accessible only to those in the higher echelons of society. Total lie! And third, Maisie lied that we should be grateful for the precious freedom to be robbed and kicked in the face by such a noble creature as she. That's a lot of lies right there, which indicates that Maisie drops the names of famous people whenever possible. That makes her sound smarter than she really is and obscures the fact that Maisie has commented that granting her complete control over our lives is as important as breathing air. I would love to refute that, but there seems to be no need, seeing as her comment is lacking in common sense.
Maisie has been forcing her assistants to deny others the right to express themselves within the limits of the law. This is manifestly unacceptable as it victimizes not only Maisie's assistants (as lethargic as they may be) but all of us. I'm not an unstable person. I'd like nothing more than to extend my hand in friendship to Maisie's patsies and convey my hope that in the days to come we can work together to get my message about Maisie out to the world. Unfortunately, knowing them, they'd rather descend to character assassination and name calling because that's what Maisie wants. Let me point out that the reader who has followed me through this lengthy letter will have been able to gather an idea of Maisie Williams's general character and disposition. Hence, I shall conclude simply by stating that she subordinates rationality in decision making.

You certainly set the bar quite high and put a lot of time and effort into it, so I feel I should at least attempt to respond in a similar way.
Yes, and meh… Visually it looks absolutely amazing, and there are some big names in it as main characters: Timothy Dalton, Eva Green, Josh Hartnett, Alun Armstrong & David Warner.
The sets are gorgeous, and the costumes and special effects are on par with what you’d find in a film – they’ve really brought late Victorian London to life, with grand shots of the sprawling cityscape, horse-drawn carriages and foggy streets and alleys.
The story is a real hodgepodge of ideas though, so I guess it lives up to the name – you’ve got Dr. Frankenstein and his monster, Dr. Van Helsing and vampire hunters and Dorian Gray – and I’m still on episode four of the first season for fucks sake…
Also, there is a lot of sex, blood and violence.
