It doesn't matter. The only thing this does if that's the only change that they make is it reduces the massive loss in dps once Enochian drops due to mechanics. However, it doesn't take long before you recognize when you HAVE to refresh enochian in a fight or get fucked.

I heard that MCH sucks shit until it hits 60 and even then the class is heavily RNG based.
Tera has better combat but the game is a F2P P2W clusterfuck.
FFXIV is just slower anime WoW with a bit more grind. If you don't like WoW you should stay away from this game.

TERA's f2p and has a better combat system. However Being F2P means the game's a complete and utter clusterfuck with itemization being dogshit, and balance being done by a 3 year old retard who doesn't know how to read.
There's a talent system that's incredibly important to the 2 handed sword class, so what do they do when they port the game over to US/EU? They drop the talent system but don't give the class any of the basically required buffs. So they're flat out last or near last dps a majority of the time because the talents give them 50% damage increase. Crafting is shit and the economy is garbage.
FFXIV is a subscription based game with a heavy focus on story. Tab target combat, and has a new expansion on the way. Crafting would be fun, except you have to basically level all of them at once or not at all. Economy at least exists which is more than TERA.
