Crysis 3 was fucking expensive though at 60 million to make, I dont even know if it was a hit or not. They also bought up the Timesplitters devs but never made them work on a TS4, and since the devs were unpaid as usual Deep Silver bought them back up and made them into the Homefront 2 studio.

Construction unions are fairly big, as well as those for transporatation (pilots, train operators, ect.).
As far as I know only IG Metal takes care of IT guys, and even then rather poorly.

IT seems to generally be really shit outside of Eastern Europe in general. They exploit employees. The government gets in the way of the fucking IT development. There's programmers here that get paid up to 30k euros a month with free regular trips to different countries which you also get extra pay for doing. Heck, even dev companies are cooler than the foreign ones. Ubisoft here is shit and exploits people. What the fuck is wrong with foreign IT-related companies?

They dont even own exclusive rights to cryengine anymore they sold the rights to amazon for pennies compared to what its worth, obviously amazon leveraged their current financial troubles to get a better deal and now they pretty much sealed their death certificate. I don't really like crytek, cryengine or amazon but at this point they should just openly assert their desire for acquisition probably to amazon since they already sold pretty much their only valuable asset.
