I work casually for gamestop and a while back I had this faggy little prick come in with his mother looking for a new gaming setup.
He was adamant about getting Razer even after I pointed out the high returns rate and the cost factor when even compared to products like Logitech of all things.
Nope, little shit was so fucking demanding in his precious razer that I'm like here you go, get the fuck out, k thanks.
WELL, got a text message from one of the boys that he'd been instore earlier today demanding a refund because the keyboard he bought a month ago no longer lets him change his 'game setup' options and it's our fault for selling him shit.
Exact words out of the store manager's mouth was "repeat after me, the guy who sold me this was right".
No refund, no exchange - take it up with razer.
