He's partially responsible for creating Mega Man because he made the illustration based off of Akira Kitamura's sprite. The series would be really different if he was never involved. He's still scum.
I don't have anything nice to say about Mr. Shitface though. How long is he going to coast on writing for a couple of okay games? He made Bobby Kotick sound reasonable and that guy's the CEO of fucking Activision Blizzard.
