But the full idea is also that you must always contribute what you can, regardless of availability or personal desire, and you'll only get as much as you need, not more.

This can be so easily corrupted, it's not even funny.
Consider an average citizen with his job and basic needs. If at any point he wanted to work less, he could shoot himself in the left and now, not only does he have to work less, he also gets free health care.
This is an extreme example but the point is that, if you change what it looks like you can contribute, less will be required from you, and if you change what it looks like you need, more will be given to you.

Afterwards, you have the concept of self-improvement. If I told you that you gotta work according to your skills and this has no bearing on your salary, going to school to become an engineer is stupid. You're just signing up for more harder work to get the same pay. Why invent something new? You'll get the same reward from working with what you have now. Why work and put an effort at all anyway? Someone else will do it too.

There's more to it, namely that "worker groups" are a disorganized bunch of rabble rousers usually that never do anything and end up stagnating where they work.

You can pretty much just look at Russia and see what happens there since most of that place is a vaste wasteland with only the cities being habitable because that's where they pool their resources.

Ultimately, social Darwinism has shown us that when you're given bread according to how much you work, society advances far faster and better.

Anarchocapitalists still require a form of government to enforce their economy, it's just one formed with The People, not actual goverment.
Therefore they are Libertarians (the government does not rule at all) but they are Left (economy is regulated by a centralized entity)
