The homebrew is pretty cool too. Kodi. the PC media centre thing, started off as XBox Media Centre. It has a port of fucking MUGEN too.

Best multiplats for 6th gen, homebrew/emulators in 720/1080, XBMC for (now outdated though) media center fun, LAN play, replacing HDD with a bigger one and installing games/DVDs to it, etc.

The processor isn't the problem. It's pretty much a Pentium 3 with some differences. You can even replace it with a legit pentium 3.
It's the graphics card that's causing emulation issues. It's custom built by Nvidia and includes lots of tech that didn't exist at the time. Nobody knows how to emulate it, and Nvidia would prefer to keep it that way.

MS themselves said they were looking into doing offcial emulation but they needed to finish 360 emulation first.
