Not really. It dumps a shitload of unique gameplay features on you right out of the gate, with little to no explanation. Once you figure it out enough to play, there's a lot of grinding. The story doesn't make any sense, and there's nothing to encourage the player to keep going.

The two PSMD ones would look better if the resolution wasn't booty, but I think they are still nice shots.

Its basically a Turn based Strategy game with lots of soldier costumization, Permadeath, Bullshit RNG and lots of tactical briliance moment if you can play it right
Its worth the pricetag and with mods that can change gameplay or even give you new gameplay option.

That's why i used DSR to run it at 4K.
At least with DSR i can take pretty screenshot

i would recommend playing the first reboot game with the expansion then acting like the 2nd game never happen, like most people are.
