First of all, Oratorio Tangram is way better than Force, secondly its never coming to PC. They only ported it to the X360 of all things after like over a decade of the original release, what makes you think that a game considered niche in the west will be released on PC of all things?

Virtual On is just as niche as 85% of the rest of sega's library, but they at least maintained the source code. So anything is possible, especially since they're pushing Puyo Puyo in the west despite being just as niche.

It's not just niche but also old and there's zero demand for it on the west, the game wouldn't even work properly with KB+M since the japanese re-release required the special arcade controllers that are needed to play VO at an atleast acceptable level. It has as much chance of coming to PC as Seaman or PD:Orta do.

Nights has been remastered, remade and re-released several times and its hardly anything but niche since its a Sonic Team game that everyone has heard about.
Space Channel 5 was ported because it was a part of a failed attempt by Sega of porting Dreamcast games (it was also ported to consoles) and it was an utter failure both commercially and critically.
Valkyria Chronicles is a lot newer than any of the other two and appeals to weeaboos.

mods for games hasn't meant pirates vikings and knights, sourceforts, natural selection, the specialists, etc. for a very long time. At best you have cfg edits like stalker mods. Most mods are zany xD sound packs and garbage texture packs that bastardize the original intent of the game.
