He's fighting a corrupt CEO of a game company who's using a Resident Evil type game thing that he developed as his mode, which broke his health meter into being permanently at zero, which caused a glitch in his own belt system so he can't be killed (at least I think) until they figure out how to bypass that, but he can be overpowered since he's only extremely tough.

The main villain is a mysterious kid (the kid in pajama pants) who has control over video game viruses that have leaked out into the real world and infected people, which use those people as passage into the real world. If you catch the virus you'll steadily disappear until you're dead, and the virus becomes real and permanently gains a real monster body.

Ever since Fourze, the series has only gotten more silly. Honestly better then all the edgyness of the era after Kuuga.
