So I played the game to completion in the span of 1 week twice. First time Gangrel second time Malkavian. To answer Gangrel as far as I'm concerned is the closest clan I can relate and agree with. Primarily because they know better than to get involved in Vampiric politics and play Cain's game. Needless to say I picked the fuck everything, I'm out ending and I'm glad I didn't open it

In hindsight I should have put all my points into Seduction instead of Charisma since I played female. I played it off saying I was just street smart but then I ended up maxing out my scholarship as well so that went to shit. I swear I wish I could stop meta-gaming enough to enjoy this game. Still the run was something else. I'll have to go through the games script and find some of my favorite lines and make a poster or something. Some great stuff.

Anybody have a hash/torrent/download of the game without any of the unnoficial patches already installed? The GoG download comes pre-installed with the unofficial patch that doesn't add anything and as a result means the game is still pretty buggy. I had to noclip a few times in order to fix some stuff.

I'm probably going to play Tremere next round. Or maybe Ventrue so I can play socially.

Think Deus Ex meets Alpha Protocol but with vampires. Whether I prefer DX or VTM:B depends largely on which I played last so I'd say they're about as good.

It's basically Deus Ex with vampires. Even the last hub area is Chinatown, kind of like you go to Hong Kong in Deus Ex. The similarities are so obvious that it would be considered a ruthless copy if it wasn't such a good game.

I didn't like Antitribu when it came out, was disappointed with it but I chose to give it a try again. I'm still disappointed and disagree with many things they did, like how they handled Nagaraja's meat eating, Old Clan Tzimisce's weakness(or any clan weakness seriously), the lack of unique dialogues, the new Hotel story, bugs etc. But I found some new disciplines fun, like Koldunic Sorcery and new Animalism. Are there any I other fun clans? Otherwise I'll just uninstall it after this playthrough. Such a disappointment and wasted potential for a mod that has been in works for about 10 years

If you keep her as a ghoul she always dies in the vanilla game, the only way to have her survive is to tell her to fuck off. The option to have her hide inside and survive was added by unofficial patches (though iirc it's only in the + patch version of Wesp unless he fucked with the basic version again).

It is. Humanity needs a touch up where killing most humans who aren't involved (even in battle areas) leads to loss in humanity so healing up when you're in poor circumstances costs humanity. Pretty much making it so bloodpacks aren't mostly useless and the battle portions aren't easy as fuck.

So I just downloaded the antitribu mod for the first time.
Rolled a Follower of Set, but I'm not really liking it, especially because the fact that the snek form has human stepping sounds instead of slithering noises, it triggers my autism.
