I see games like this and I wonder if they could make procedurally generated tactical shooters but the same design/tactics

The problem with all non-procedurally generated shooter levels is you eventually learn where all the nooks, crannies and hiding spots are and from then on it's all you look for, it gets methodical

If every level was randomized it keeps tensions high, because around the corner could be say a wall, a pit, stairs etc, which keeps you guessing and asking "Where is the enemy at"
