We're a bunch of faggots who decided to do this on a whim. Google hangouts was the easiest way to get this set up and recorded, but google is run by faggots who want to kill internet anonymity, so accounts always display names.
We wanted to do something wholly anonymous, but that's harder to do without every participant being set up with the same software and shit.
I'd be up for having more random faggots join in the discussion, though. We had one guy show up, but he didn't want to install the hangouts plugin, and I don't blame him.

We're open to suggestions. I disabled all of jewgle's advertising shit, but if we could forgo using it entirely, especially if it made it easier to get anons involved, we would.

As for hosting a live show I'm sure there's free software that does that, the issue is bandwidth. For getting a site up and running I'd use MediaGoblin
If you start off using free software and license your podcasts under creative commons you're more likely to get free technical support from the community.
Using anything Google/Twitch/BlogTalk is a major turnoff for participation. And they can censor you at any time as well, you're at the mercy of their whims.
One podcast that does live streaming and has the community participate while being self hosted and only using free software is the No Agenda Show. If you're serious about setting this up I'd find their IRC room and start asking for advice.
Thanks for all your help. We'll have to investigate these options to find something at least as easy to use as jewtube, since there's a limit to the amount of work and resources we can put into this.

I don't think anyone involved so far has any issues with more people joining in. We're not trying to establish a specific team or anything. We've just had the same few people participating since they were interested since the start of the idea to do a podcast with Holla Forums faggots.
We do most of our planning and preparation on the discord channel just because it's an easiest, low investment way to maintain contact and organize things. Plus, you don't need to register an account or share email to use it.
