Brutal Legend had no business trying to do anything RTS on a initially console exclusive. And the RTS detracted greatly from the Hack N's Slash part of the game which is what it should have been all about. But damn if they didn't get the style and soundtrack right It's almost hard to think a faggot like Mr. Shitface managed to make something as metal as he did

It would make sense that it was mostly Blacks idea but a quick read mostly points to it being Mr.Shitfaces's idea. However he's a noted liar, and there are so many hands that were in this project that his influence beyond "Let's make a game based around Heavy Metal" could be marginal. Also Brutal Legend was the game that lead to Bobby Kotick being right about Mr.Shitface being worthless.

These where covers done by a thirdparty even before the game existed. I do agree however that Infinite has some great music.

I don't know about "shit," but the OSTs were, by far, the best part of both of these games. The gameplay itself was mediocre and the main character was just insufferable.

Heroes did not have a great soundtrack.

Only a few stage and boss themes are even enjoyable to listen to otherwise.

You could argue that the core gameplay is kinda weak comparatively, but I think the draw of buying PSP games was to get as many hours as possible out of the game, which Peace Walker did a good job on that front while keeping things sorta interesting.
