Yeah but nobody's really matched Denny O'Neil when it comes to writing her. Puckett came close but kinda botched the dismount for me, Simone tried to humanize her which is fine but not my thing, and Dixon never wrote a single story with her worth the paper it was printed on in my opinion.

Humpty made an impression, even if he was a more sadistic, childlike Riddler. I always imagined they could've fixed Shiva in this show if she moved away from the League after Ra's al Ghul's "death" in season one. Maybe even tease David Cain and Cassandra since the showrunners really wanted to use Cass's Batgirl in their No Man's Land pitch.

Back in 2006 Gabrych established that Shiva was born in Detroit, and Simone put that away and introduced the assassin village. Now we got Tynion bringing back Detroit in League of Shadows, and Hill putting that away and bringing in the village again.Also, both Simone and Hill are going to some lengths to try and humanize Shiva a bit more, although I think Hill went a bit overkill in Outsiders #12.
