I've been trying to think of a decent way to implement a non-text adventure CoC type game. I have no idea how I would handle the TF system, since I want the TF to be visible to the player, both in combat and out, as well as alter what the player can do/explore with various degrees of TF.

Eh, the player has plenty of options for being dominant pretty much any time. As for horse cocks you have my sympathies, this is far from the first time I encounter this complaint. I can only wish you to find a game that hits most of your sweet spots without having any turn-offs as ~0.6 did with me.

The simplest solution in your case would be to check out videos from others with the mod who had the same gas issue you did

If it were 3D the only option you would have would be an extremely autistic person who does nothing but make meshes of every body part and thing imaginable for it. You would probably be better off just making a mod that restricts transformations to individual roads rather than a free for all of everything. So the Bee girl tf or the slime girl tf but you can't mix both. It would definitely be doable on a game like Skyrim but it's a lot of effort. Would probably take 4-6 months or so if you got 2 or 3 autists on it. Much less if you're only looking to go as far in quality as most of the other lewd mods.
