Alien settings

Lets post and discuss science-fiction settings that would be good for a videogame. Post ones you find, or post OC ones

This can also be a speculative evolution thread

I will start with this setting: Far-Future Umbriel

TL;DR is that main animal fauna of planet are moving Conifers which have become more animals than plants. Everything moves slows as shit thought.

Mall Planet

Know what the really sad part is? This bitchmade faggot is trying to ape 40k and notably Gaunt's Ghosts

Few years ago, there was a two-part "fake" documentary on discovery, set 50 years in future. It was about robotic expedition that reached first extraterrestial world with life. Two robots where exploring planet, where water was scarce. Only sea on the planet (in size of Switzerland) turned out to be a gelatinous liveform which preserved water. Giantic behemoths roamed the planet. Some lifeforms evolved the way that their pairs of legs melted into one leg (one leg in front, one in back), to better run. Flying "birds" sucked water out of leefless trees. At the end it turned out, that the world had sentient beings in form of levitating squids (gravitation was lower, so biosacks of air floating creatures were an option). Planet was called Darwin (don't remember the number) and one of the robots was called Leonardo (one crashed during descent, second was killed in first part, third by sentients).
