For those who don't follow what's happening in the central cykalands: a journalist - no idea if (((journalist))) - got killed Seth Rich style on 25.2., the minister of justice started messing with the murder's investigation and it culminated in… to the surprise of no one, peaceful protests each Friday.
Today should be the 3rd protest, pics are from a week ago (I was there to watch and record).

Some background: the ruling party for the last 10+ years has been Smer - they're Social Democrats, they have moderate socialist policy and a central goal of staying in power, meaning they're hopelessly corrupt, but don't actively try to destroy the nation the way politicians in the West do. (We have some progressive filth, but they aren't powerful - yet. You won't find a single non-white in these photos.)
The coalition is made up by Smer, SNS (Slovak National Party - not actually nationalist, the name is fairly old) and Most-Híd (originally intended as a second Hungarian party, but Hungarians make up about 40% of its voterbase nowadays).
This coalition was barely formed because there are many parties that oppose each other, and almost broke half a year ago.

There has been serious talk by SNS and Most about special parliamentary elections a few days ago (Smer doesn't have enough MPs to singlehandedly vote no to that). Then the PM Fico quit and made some young minister of informatisation or similar crap the new PM. Seems the coalition will hold, but it isn't certain yet.
New elections would mean a chance, though a small chance, since ĽSNS isn't that popular. I hoped it'd give us a chance to meme him into power, but if the elections aren't happening…

I forgot to mention this: absolutely everyone high up FUCKING HATES Kotleba. To a typical politician, he's literally Hitler incarnate (not like that's wrong). This puts him in a unique position where, if Most and SNS don't support Smer, Kotleba has the power to decide for or against special elections and to screw whoever he wants. Imagine that.
Also, Fico said quite early on that this is a conspiracy by Soros, but it's clear he's just looking for a rhetoric that works. A lot of people hate both kikes and Fico.
