This is not too hard. You just crunch numbers. You add the benefits that they get, and multiply it by the number if people that get it. That is the first number.
Then, you factor in the population stress on the housing, hispitals, landfills, schools, powergrid, and other public works programs.
Crunching these numbers redpills a lot of people.
