Let me add another idea, merge Maryland and Virginia's eastern shores with Delaware. If you cut it off at Hartford county you would have an easy red state of I think like 6 delegates, right smack in the Mid-Atlantic. It would be a massive improvement for Delmarva since most of them hate being in the same state as (((Baltimore))) and the suburbs of (((DC))), and not only that, but libtards in Delaware would have to play ball with being outnumbered by conservatives in their own state.

No, it would not. Nothing in this thread is remotely politically feasible- even the most sensible one by far, Jefferson- because any form of state or electoral vote division that would hurt the Democrats would be struck down by courts for "gerrymandering". There is no precedent for it.
I am from Rhode Island. People here are proud of our state and would wholeheartedly oppose any form of state merging. We already voted against renaming the state to "The State of Rhode Island" from of "The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations" because muh the word plantations is wacist.
