If we'd gone charging in then everything would have gone to shit.
First we'd have had to get past the doorman despite clearly not belonging. Which would be easy in a physical sense but would result in the police being called. At a place like that hotel disturbances get taken seriously because its bad for business.

Then clean up the room, get the evidence of who they were and get them and said evidence out of the hotel with hotel staff trying to stop us or get in our way with police incoming.
