Where do you want to see Zelda go? Is Breath of the Wild on the right path? I hope so; given how many resources Nintendo is putting into it, it seems like all their eggs are going into this basket.

Would you use the darn catalog?

I wanna see Zelda take the combat from Ys or Darksiders rather than stick with OoT's combat system that hasn't aged so great. The world itself looks good and I know for a fact that the Bow and Arrow is gonna be as important as the Sword and Shield so that should be interesting in terms of mechanics.

I deleted that thread since it was just people sperging out about that forced meme

At this point I consider any change to be good. Even if it doesn't work, I hope that they learn from it and try it again next time. Just please do something different, take a step forward, any direction is fine, just end the stagnation.

post the porn

I want to rape shota Link

It was more like 30% sperging, 60% good thread and 10% talking about how dreamy Link is, but I'm not the mod. Ya goofed, IMO, but I like ye anyway.

I never played either of those games; what's the combat in them like and why would it be good for Zelda?

Given how I couldn't go one conversation on Nintendo as a kid that didn't involve someone calling them creative, that's a disappointing drop.
Be fair, though, Skyward Sword did try to be different. It just didn't work because they didn't pull it off right and they fucked over experienced players with all the handholding.

Back to LttP/LA/Oracle style.

Fuck no.

Did you enjoy Link Between Worlds, user

Hopefully into the trash. Seriously though everything shown so far in BotW has been done hundreds of times before. I can't see how a zelda skin will make any of the survival/open-world/crafting/you can climb that mountain shit any less tedious or familiar.

Did A Link Between Worlds rub that itch? I haven't played it, but Holla Forums seemed to like it when it came out.

It wasn't terrible, and it did some interesting things, but I feel like the focus on making sure you could do the latter half's dungeons in any order led to much simpler puzzles. Definitely the best Zelda since Minish Cap though.

LINK IS GETTING A STAND?!

Maybe it's time to finally bury it?

I'm ready for this meme to die. If you watched the E3 it's pretty clear to see it's an objective-based adventure game like every other Zelda, except this time the world is bigger and doesn't hold you by the balls telling you what to do first. A Puzzle/Action-Adventure game like Zelda benefits from this world design the most.

The main focus in BoTW appears to be the new detail autism put into the physics and AI. This allows the developers to use an organic Problems > Puzzles approach to everything as opposed to just "give X item to Y NPC" like OoT.

It all just comes down to why you play Zelda in the first place.

I think that the japs are westaboos and wanted to do Skyrim in their own special way, and since Zelda is a big franchise, they decided to try their luck with it.

Hell, wait for BotW's release, play it, then discuss, it's pointless now.

The only thing they could guarantee that you had is your basic equipment plus your ability to turn into a drawing.

Make Zelda more Ninja Gaiden.

I'm okay with this, as I think anyone could do Skyrim better than Skyrim if they tried hard enough.

Skyrim's problem was that it wanted to be Zelda but it also wanted to at least pretend to be an RPG. The "do whatever you want don't say no to the player formula" doesn't really work all that well in a genre that's all about restricting the player based on numbers and stats.

God knows Zelda needs more Skyrim in its formula. Now, if they go the route of linear ass copypasted dungeons all over the map The shrines have me slightly worried, but as long as they don't replace real dungeons, it's fine then yeah, I'm gonna have my own problems.

I just remembered that they advertised Skyrim being on the Nintendo Switch. I think might actually be on point, which also means if Zeldarim is good enough, it can completely invalidate Skyrim being on the Switch.

That's all fine and good, but I'm saying it's old hat and giving the player a bigger world to explore how they please only brings up the same problems as all those other games that have the same format

GET PLATINUM TO MAKE THEIR GAMES HOLY SHIT

They did for Star Fox Zero, guess what it sucked.

No

I don't want Zelda to be a watered down action game, Zelda combat was evolving nicely until Skyward Sword hit it, also combat was never the focus puzzle solving always came first, even the bosses and some enemies are partially puzzle based, integrate these features into the combat better and keep the pace of the combat the same, good combat.

It ain't Skyrim without a first person camera and character creation.

In contact with my dick.

Don't forget combat as deep as children swinging sticks at each other.

It ain't Skyrim without Todd.

That shit's secondary to what Skyrim or TES in general is and is supposed to be, but a first person camera and character creation are completely central to it.

NO LINKLE NO BUY

His name is Link user and that's very gay.

Not very many bad open world games have the inherent issue of being open world. These are usually issues brought up by just bad design. Zelda is a series that would actually BENEFIT from being limitless Open World.

Back to what makes it good and expand from there. No more trying to rip itself off. Actual expansion.
Nope
They're setting themselves up for failure. Shigeru needs to be retired and be recognized for the overrated fraud that he is.

Shigeru is only working on the animations for Breath of the Wild, something he is actually good at considering the way the game looks.

Kill yourself.

Because of the shitty motion controls nintendo pushed onto the game.

This, I can't stand when retards start going
Yeah, no shit. The challenge is supposed to be figuring out how to tackle the enemy. No two enemies are going to be similarly designed. That's like saying all FPS games are shit because the combat just boils down to jumping, moving, and shooting.

The walker mode is also shit.

If Miyamoto is a fraud, then what was good about Zelda to begin with?

Into the fucking ground along with the rest of Current Year + 1 Nintendo.

Yeah sure user. If there's any nintendo franchise he has creative monopolization of, it's this one.

Just because I recognize him as the fraud that he is shouldn't offend you so hard.
>>>/tumblr/

What are you talking about, user?

Zelda's decay can be solely attributed to Aonuma, that piece of shit. Shigeru has been on the sideways and doing minor stuff since after Majora's Mask's days.
From that time, only Twilight Princess and The Minish Cap were games deserving to be called "good, traditional Zeldas" - TP had him more at the front, and was a huge "fuck you" from Nintendo actual President to Aonuma's Toon Link (yes, the current Nintendo President hates Toon Link). And Minish Cap was made by Capcom with only Shigeru from Nintendo helping.

So, yeah.

It's simple. All the other unnamed people that worked on it were what made it great. It's miyamoto's direction and bloated ego that's put the franchise in a great identity crisis like no other. That old Holla Forums screencap from the release of Skyward Sword showed how convoluted LoZ's identity has become. They're so caught up with trying to repeat the success of prior games that each game has become a ripoff of previous ones which only facilitates the nintendo rehash cancer. The biggest ego trip had to have been Hyrule Historia where the hipsters that made Zelda seem 2deep4u made it to miyamoto and nintendo decided to capitalize off of the franchise in a way that actually damaged it. Bastardizing the fan timeline that should have stayed a fan thing was the icing on the cake. Miyamoto is so caught up trying to own LoZ that he no longer knows how to make it good. In general, all of Miyamoto's supposed genius moves are actually just myths.

Aonuma is retarded but the secret to his retardation is that he's a yes man. Therefore all of Aonuma's problems are in actuality miyamoto's.

DELETE THIS

You don't know what you are talking about retard, he's just over the hill.

Kill yourself over your entire post, what a joke

I'm sick of replying to tards of your caliber.

Make me.

Who and how

You're delusional.

I think they're back on track again, but they're also fucking con artists so I'm not gonna be surprised if BotW stabs us in the back again.

Nintendo have a shit ton of fucking money. If they ever do go down, you'll fucking know about it. Anyway, I want Zelda to take some inspiration from Dark Souls. 3D Zelda is sort of like a child's version of what Dark Souls aspires to be; that is an action adventure Castlevania style game with some RPG elements thrown in. Zelda doesn't necessarily NEED the stat progression because it has its own type of character progression, but the state progression could give the game a little bit more nuance.

Where I want Zelda to go is practically asking for my ideal game.
I have some rough ideas written down that is just generally a list of everything I like about the series.
It however wouldn't be as profitable as Breath of the Wild is going to be.
That isn't to say it wouldn't have a lot of work put into it.
What I mean is that it would have so much work put into it that the return would not be substantial enough because it wouldn't have as much mass market appeal.
I'd say the series formula has been diluted with each iteration made after the 64 and that while Breath of the Wild will probably be an incredible game it will not be a "zelda".
It will be more Action-Adventure heavy and less puzzle and dialog.
The dungeons will take a back seat to the open world environment.
You will not be boring the troglodytes who feel they can't be bothered to talk to every NPC they meet.
I'd personally prefer a vast and interesting cast of supporting characters.
So far all I've seen is "the old man" and the Sheikah Monks.
I'll buy it and a switch, I'm positive I'll have an enjoyable time, but the innovation seems like such a drastic departure from the norm I can barely call it part of the same series.

What's wrong with suggesting that Breath of the Wild is a humongous mistake that will forever damage LoZ? Judging by your own post you sound unstable. I'm sorry that you don't feel well over a differing position that challenges your views on this franchise.

Exactly my point. Take a good long look at the men and women who worked on the best LoZ games. Their own design principles and expertise is what made those games great. Generally, ascribing the greatness of a game (and its flaws) to one person is a fallacy. But in the case with exceptional franchises like LoZ, you can trace the blame to one person especially when the games in particular become "passion projects." Allow me to borrow that term from other mediums, because as a passion project or in its extreme negative sense, an ego trip, the games that followed and especially games like Skyward Sword were drastic signs of things that were going wrong with LoZ.
Ironic. Skyward Sword is one of the few but latest major nintendo games that was flawed enough to disillusion even the most delusional nintendo fanboy. That says a lot about how nintendo went downhill, but especially miyamoto's franchise LoZ. Don't underestimate the source of criticism towards LoZ and especially other nintendo series. The most vocal of critics are often some of the most burnt ex-fanboys.

I totally want to see them do Breath of the Wild or at least something like it, just the one time really. Aside from that I don't really care. Good and puzzles is all I care about from them.

...

And I want you to stop having shit taste.

ah, can never have a thread without faggots like you shitting it up, eh? No (you)s for (you)

One of the small things that I'm excite about in LoZ:BoW is the disposable weapons and the different weapon types. I just hope that they don't give you the Master Sword too early.

BTW: Most people saying any game like a Zelda game or what a Zelda should be is usually wrong.

The dungeon layout and puzzles in Skyrim makes LoZ:PoH look like Myst.

I want to fug ling

why doesn't nintendo do a link romance thing? they could make some bank on faggots and fangirls.

Nice Darmanitan, Bro.

Well, go on then
Derail the thread
Post the porn

I agree, why does everything have to be inspired by fucking Dark Souls.

There are a lot of Ling's in Chinatown.

Something about the sentence structure in your post kills me inside.

IT IS TIME

Because western devs have been using the A in ARPG to mean making combat system that is *clickclickclickclickclick rightclick clickclickclick open menu use potion clickclickclickclick, at least, it isn't turn-based combat :^)*

No ling near me, Ill settle with wanting to fug Link

I just hope its fun, and there are enough spots of interest to where you dont get bored going from place to place.

Liking shota link isnt gay

Koei Tecmo got to make a noncanon Zelda spinoff so now I'd like to see From Soft do the same

I want to use his cock as a pacifier and fit his little shota balls in my mouth at the same time while he hides me under his skirt and loudly proclaims hes letting a dirty pedo suck him off

So are faggots to zelda threads what furries are to pokemon threads?

Breath of the Wild will be okay as long as it has the breadth and depth of content to hold up for longer than the few hours of fucking around the E3 demos showed us
I really hope it has good dungeons, at least, the magic ipad doesn't really give me hope for the equipment

It used to be waifufags and now it's just queers

I hope they have random dungeons that reward you for finding them, or maybe even having to explore for one just to expand the story.

Zelda needs more OOT and MM and less WW/TP/SS cartoony style.

The n64 zeldas weren't cartoony shit, and still had humor and were for all ages.

Well they have those minidungeons, but the only ones we saw were single rooms with shit puzzles
And there's going to be like 50 of those in the world
Maybe those will get bigger the further out you travel

TP was trying to bank on OOT nostalgia so hard it had rose tinted glass pouring out of its ass

New Four Swords when?

HEY Holla Forums! I GOT A DOOZIE FOR YOU! WHAT IF ZELDA…….WAS A GIRL!?!?!?

Isn't Zelda a girl already. That's linkle.

How fucking new are you?

Check the credits of the original Zelda, you'll find a total of like 12 people, and I think there might actually be less.

On the other hand, if you're talking about Majora's Mask or Link's Awakening, you're probably into this guy, who I also like. Someone else make a webm version I'm on Windows XP

ebin maymay +1 upvote have an Holla Forums gold on the house anonifriendo =3

How fucking retarded are you?

Nice one retard!

You really are a special kind of autist. Congratulations.

pot kettle black

Never.

I just want to see a proper Zelda game with a few tweaks:

After the first dungeon you get access to a set of three dungeons that all require the item from the first one as well as their respective items. After that a story event unlocks five more, all of which need the items you got in the first four dungeons as well as their own, and then a final set of seven huge complex dungeons that require everything from the first nine plus their own before Ganon's dungeon is opened.

Because the legitimately complex dungeons all tend to be the better ones of the series.

These maps lead to optional minidungeons that have heart pieces, minor upgrades, nonessential items and whatnot.

You get a magic whistle or something that summons the hint bitch. The hint bitch will never appear unless you use this whistle.

Fuck motion controls.

Makes enemies smarter and gives them better attack options. Minibosses gain some gimmick in their chambers, bosses get extra forms, etc.

Changes all NPC dialogue and your starting weapon is the crossbows, with the first dungeon treasure being a sword. Character movement is also different.

Shaking up the formula is fine but this is already no longer a Zelda game

They'll function like the normal bow and arrow, and you'll still use the sword a lot. And it's just something to justify me wanting to control a cute elf girl anyway.

It's strange. I feel mildly uncomfortable with lewds of most other male protagonists of fondly remembered childhood games, but with Link, my dick cannot get any harder.

i wasnt particularly turned off by the "hand holding". it hasnt been the same since ocarina of time. if it didnt bother me then it would have to be way more blatant and i didnt feel it was.

Post more

Maybe I can help you with that user!~

Another musou

I want to see an user record himself jerking off to this
It would be really fucking hot

He's probably the best person to be left with the Zelda IP, honestly. Guy is damn great.

is it possible for user to like link in a non homosexual kind of way?

I want to see it go away .

NO
I want to fuck Link lovingly and tenderly while holding hands

That's just because you've been conditioned by these threads to say that. Break the conditioning user.

Everyone wants to fuck blond twinks. It's been that way since the dawn of time.

What's Holla Forums's opinion on the old maymay of a "back to the roots"-style Zelda game, based on using modern technology to realize Miyamoto's original concept of a being a young kid exploring spoopy caves and forests alone in the hills of the countryside+monsters and magical ruins? No guidance, no initial quest, not even obvious dungeon entrances, tons of atmosphere, and maybe even NES-ballbuster-grade combat and puzzles.

Obviously a this has been tackled by various other developers in the past, like Team Ico and Fromsoft, but could current year Nintendo add anything to it?

We will see how Breath of the Wild goes about fixing the franchise's structural game design problems. A nonlinear, less narrative driven game based on generalized problem solving instead of puzzles for babies would be awesome. Bring us back to the first game, let finding the fucking temples and triforce pieces be the fun part, instead of leading me right to them. And for Christ's sake leave the NPCs that never shut up out of it. Let us be alone in Link's head. I appreciate that Nintendo doesn't voice act dialogue in Zelda games (or many of their other franchises), but a purely visual storytelling style would do wonders for the franchise.

As it is I fear it will be more like Windwaker, sticking a bunch of typical Zelda dungeons in a vast plane of nothingness, but I remain hopeful.

Other than that, I would like to see the combat system redesigned and made to be more like a Souls game. There is a great deal more complexity and variety that they could add while still keeping it playable for normalfags with more generous timing windows and better telegraphed animations than the Souls games. Add a faster-paced hard mode to that and Zelda could be genuinely challenging and appealing to non-normalfags again.

What is this, a denial of homosexuality for ants?

That is basically what I want especially
Only with modern technology, you can legitimately make a vast virtual world that is a joy to explore, not a small 2D world that expects you to bomb every wall and burn every tree to progress.
Almost all games play worse when you are using guides or walkthroughs, but this would ideally be the kind of game that even guidefags would know not to spoil themselves.

So skyrim

Yes, video games were not fun until now,

What might be ideal is the largest TES knockoff they could possibly make for an average AAA budget while still mapping the entire environment by hand.

But regardless of overworld/dungeon design, the biggest distinction from TES/DD/TWitcher/etc, and also the area where Nintendo's focus since the NES on toddlers is most likely to restrict change the most, is the omnipresence of nontrivial puzzles. Remember those are action RPGs, while Zelda is supposed to be action-adventure.

There have been vast procedurally generated games since the 80s like Elite that quickly become soulless, tightly restricted games that are fun to explore, and "open world" games that mostly pad out a typical linear path with unnecessary procedurally generated crap and fast travel systems that defeat the point of an open world in the first place. It is only within the past few years that vastly open world games became a fairly solved technological problem, and thus put them within the realm of consideration for the conservative Nintendo.

Most of the ideas so far in BoTW seem to have a solid foundation for something great (actually giving link a Jump and far expanded climbing abilities, for example, great opens the path to more vertical dungeon design and not so flat as it usually is in Zelda) but the full on Open World approach may be it's downfall. I'm not convinced the world will provide something substantial.

Nintendo has displayed some back-and-forth on this kind of laziness with Zelda already. For instance, the filler dungeons. Gerudo Training Grounds in OoT and the Skulltula Houses in MM were nifty, their only flaw being asset reuse, as compared with the grueling from Savage Labyrinth from TWW and Cave of Ordeals from TP, which were lazy and punishing.

Another example is the little random little secrets, which were 100% copypasta in OoT & TP, but the islands in TWW and the Lantern Caves were somewhat better, though neither measured up to the secrets in ALttP.

What I've seen of Breath of the Wild bodes ill so far as handcrafted versus procedural recycling goes, though.

Yeah, what if.

I want the tone of the game's environments to range from beautiful, colorful and vibrant, somber, silent and mystical, to ominous, foreboding, and dangerous. I want a stark and clear contrast between areas that give way to ancient ruins (something that should convey a sense of wonder) and the depths of a cryptic dungeon or catacombs (places that should convey fear or a sense of danger), as well as the nation capital's town square (which should convey a lighthearted air of chatter and merryment). The game needs a cohesive fucking atmosphere in the sense that areas are distinct enough but also follow some visual theme. I think Zelda games have, for the most part, pulled off atmosphere well in the majority of the titles.

Story is not so fucking important. I feel like I can get behind what says; Zelda could utilize visual storytelling techniques that could make the player much more invested in what's going on in the moment. If the game is an open world, then I feel like each area should be worth exploring. If you can make it so that every area entices the player to explore, then you can feed them a story on a less stringent schedule.
Make it so that exploration is its own reward AND so that the story unfolds as you explore.

ADVENTURE. Make compelling ADVENTURE god dammit.

She looks ridiculous, but god damn I'd pound that fat ass

Closest you got to that was Majora's Mask and how all the various NPCs react to the moon.

I was expecting benis

this stuff is pretty good. is there an entire set somewhere?

Not complete, since they're a mix of concept art, manual illustrations, advertising, and commissions for stuff like magazine articles and official walkthroughs. But I got a few dozen from this page, low-rez and cropped though most of the scans are:
slightlywarped.com/crapfactory/curiosities/2013/november/legend_of_zelda.htm

I want it to die
It's better than all those shit games

They should really do a Frank Frazzeta style Zelda. It's it was originally clearly meant to be much more Conan and much less Anime.

I've literally never played a Zelda game so it's kind of funny to watch people yell about stuff I know nothing about haha.

Where's the shota link poster?

Link is designed to be an androgyne player avatar. Perhaps because of that, he is appealing to all sexualities?

...

Those are the official illustrations for TLoZ, AoL, ALttP and LA made by Japanese artist Katsuya Terada.

I know that. I'm looking for somewhere that has the entire archive.

Oracle of Ages/Seasons

False. In Japan handsome boys have feminine traits, it's a cultural thing. Also, apart from the fandom's artworks, Link has never been drawn androgynously in the official art.
This is a meme and it needs to die. SJW actually used this as an argument to push their agenda.
So, fuck off.
>>>/cuckchan/

He was literally a kid in OoX, amd the whole art was childish. Just look at Ralph, for instance.

Just because homosexual pedophiles obsess over child link and their interpretation of what the handheld chibi versions represent doesn't mean it's true.
Every other instance of Link has been clearly masculine.

is it too much to give Marin her own game?

Someone made a mod of LA that plays as Marin.

You and I both know that's about as likely as a celwatercolor-shaded 3D Final Fantasy based on Yoshitaka Amano's style.

that's cool and everything but Nintendo needs to get off their asses and make a Legend of Marin: Marin Best Waifu game

LA, the Oracles and TMC need a 3D-console remake (not ALBW style top-down 3D). They would sell so much Nintendo wouldn't have to worry about money for decades.
Just imagine you in LA's beach, looking at the Wind Fish's Egg at the top of Tal Tal Heights, with the clouds touching it.

What i wanted out of Zelda was completely accomplished in Okami.
After Okami, i've never given a single fuck about Zelda anymore.

How long do you have to play this game before it gets good? I've tried to get into it twice and I just end up getting bored because no one shuts the fuck up.

agreed

I played until after you fight the huge 8 headed dragon monster and then I just dropped it. The combat is pretty good but I hate how it traps you in this little arena. I wish it were more open ended. The environments are pretty nice, the aesthetic is fantastic, and the painting mechanic is much more useful than any other ham-fisted gimmick Mario and company have used in recent years.

Game reminds me more of Banjo-Kazooie or Crash Bandicoot than Zelda, though. I guess the parallel comes from the fact that there are segmented dungeons with special items and bosses at the end. The world is open ended, but segmented so that you have to solve a puzzle or complete a quest before it opens up, so I can see where the similarity comes from, but I could use that to describe Banjo/Spyro/Crash/Jak and Daxter/pretty much any early 00' adventure game.

Anyway, I feel like maybe it has somewhat of a pacing problem, but I only briefly played through it once, so maybe I should go back and take some notes. How many dungeons are there in this game?

Okami was fantastic but its combat was even more braindead than the usual Zelda way of going about it. Then Okamiden dumbed it down even further by removing subweapons as well as several powers for never-use-outside-of-the-dungeon brush powers like the magnetism one.

If you dropped it immediately after Orochi then you've only played maybe a fifth of it. It does have pacing problems though.

I would literally never stop cumming.

Legend of Zelda Tactics. Just a reflavored Final Fantasy Tactics. That is where I'd like to see it go some day.

Breath of the Wild looks neat though.

Now answer the most important question.
Cream, milk or nothing?

Make him gregnant

same

grats on quitting after the intro

zelda.com/breath-of-the-wild/
Official site is up.
Nothing new to see here, only that Link's slumber lasted 100 years, there're 100 shrines and enemy AI seems promising.

I considered that would be a good idea for a Princess Zelda lead game. Something that would play to her character's strengths of wisdom and being leader of her kingdom instead of just slapping a Zelda skin on Link.

I also saw a video where someone charged into the encampment at the beginning and one of them threw an explosive barrel at Link

And those are the Standard Bokoblins. Just imagine how nightmarish will be enemies like Darknuts.
Maybe even Bosses are good now? One can hope.

Zelda Tactics with Princess Zelda and her army of friends, in a very Fire Emblemish style would be very good.
I don't know where Link would be in that story - as the OP beginner-unit or as a late-game gain.

HOLY SHIT NIGGER YOU NINTENSHILL DRONE BOY FAN MAN CHILD PIECE OF TWAT SHIT PISS ASS BITCH FUCKER

Disregard that, I suck cocks.

I'll never get this meme
What does Okami accomplish that Zelda doesn't other than actually being below-mediocre?

...

Remember goys, you're not entitled to a working product!
Painting all over an enemy to make him black actually faster in the Wii version FYI and then attacking him while he's vulnerable is bad enough, but the enemies are total damage sponges.
Okami is nothing more than a meme for contrarians who feel Zelda's too mainstream so instead they play a game that takes Zelda and amplifies all of its flaws tenfold while ignoring everything that made it good.

It'll be fun to mess with them and see what they react to, that's for sure.

...

No, that was just the artists interpretation. Link in the original Zelda is still around 10 years old. It's really not supposed to be anything close to Conan.

Yes, it is too much to bench Link. Fuck off with your female protagonist bullshit

...

True, but remember the art is from a number of games. By TAoL he's supposed to be a teenager, and depending on your interpretation of timeline baloney, by LA he could be an adult at the prime of his adventuring career.

gay

...

Do you even know what you're talking about?

As a spin off title I've wanted a Playable Zelda (or sheikah zelda), not because of shitty identity politics but simply that Zelda is my favorite character in the franchise and I think an adventure based on the Triforce of Wisdom would give a far different gameplay experience as well as different take on the story that I would like to see explored, possibly a more dire one if either the Hero is nowhere to be found to save Hyrule or fell in battle.

I can't imagine why people would want a Female Link. Genderbending is lazy, lame, and the gameplay as well as the story won't be effected by it. It will just be Link with breasts. There's no point outside of cancerous pandering. And there's no reason to change the gender of an iconic character because of feels.

That has already happened multiple times.

I want to see it go third party so I can play it on a real console.

Only one I can think of is Hyrule Warriors, which is a musou. I mean an actual action adventure.

Like already said, that's not a very interesting idea. Although IMHO something more like Majesty (essentially a questgiver-sim) would be even better suited to her character than an FE-type SRPG.

I just wanna see it go.

What the fuck?
That move is a JOKE. You're not actually supposed to use it on any regular basis. Are you seriously this stupid and bad at videogames?

It's the only way you can make enemies vulnerable early on in the game.
No because I don't play Okami :^)

In all seriousness, I actually respect Kamiya but he should only stick to fast-paced games like Bayonetta. RE2 was mediocre and Okami was a fucking disaster.

You should stop playing videogames, you're terrible. With such an easy game as Okami, to boot.

It shows, since your argument is bullshit.

You're damn right it's easy, it's just painfully, unbearably slow.
Confirmed that you spent less time playing than I did

Into the trash.
The last good zelda game was a fucking HD remaster.

Each fight can be done in a blitz if you know what you're doing.
I 100%ed the game three times and ran through it a couple more. Come at me, bro.

Except for the pace-breaking brush slashes and bomb planting. Not to mention the damage sponge enemies and the fact that they'll turn into stone to make themselves invulnerable.
Sorry you wasted your time like that. I was smart enough to put the game down about 6 hours in because I'd rather be playing Twilight Princess, which despite its boring intro actually has you doing shit within 6 hours of the game.

Yep, you're really shit at combat. It's kind of amazing, really.

Kek

Nah, user, I just prefer my combat being faster paced. The way I see it, if combat in a game doesn't necessitate moving around and attacking really fast, then it's slow combat. Simply pressing the attack button or wiggling the Wiimote which is fucking retarded as fast as you can doesn't mean shit other than you wanted to finish it really quickly.

The enemies in Okami are damage sponges and using the celestial brush mid-combat breaks the pace. You can't deny either of these.

Well, shit user, if that's the case, then what do you see in Okami?

The last Zelda game ==WAS== an HD remaster.

i want to see zelda go to the bathroom tbh

I would be down with a legend of Zelda tactics.
