I haven't played the game myself, but this just looks like a possible easter egg. This one was trying a bit too hard with the sound effects and 47 acknowledging its existence instead of just taking off like said.

I don't know of any other easter eggs, but Blood Money had a few silly ones, too; such as the dancing soldiers or the secret rat club. You couldn't get them unless you did a specific combination of actions, so they didn't affect standard gameplay at all.

Did you know about the zombie on the boat mission? It makes all the NPCs turn into zombies and try to kill you if I remember. That was fun as fuck when I found it.
