Gilda in my opinion should be the underdog, she tries to find the good in almost any videogame that V or Vivian badmouth, she's the one thats still playing WoW even though everyone else is calling it shit. Gilda, in my headcanon, is a dumb but good willed girl. This allows her to enjoy all games, no matter how shit they are, even though she is able to recognize some obvious flaws, but that won't stop her from still playing and enjoying the game for the nice bits.
If you want to redesign her, remove or change her upvote/downvote references by either arrows to the sides, or sage references. You could even make a funny comic out of this change.
