I've been thinking something recently, and I'm not certain how to ask if I'm right.
Income reapportionment does not benefit either the welfare niggers or the government, primarily. Welfare means taking money from people who have money and giving it to people who do not. People who have money, in general, have it because they make it, but also because they save and invest. They don't spend it on stupid bullshit. This is typically because they are white (or asian), and can pass the marshmallow test.
People who do not have money typically do not have it because they spend it on stupid bullshit. Niggers primarily spend any money they get on cigarettes, greasy foods and sugary drinks.
Therefore, taking money from the people who have it and giving it to the people who don't DOES NOT BENEFIT the poor. They end up just as poor because they spent the money on consumable luxuries they don't really need, but are addicted to. The government benefits a little bit, because they can buy the vote, but they don't benefit much. Marshmallow eaters have a very low voter participation rate. Basically, if you're trying to buy votes, you'll get a lot more votes per dollar by giving the money to white people.
The only people really benefiting from welfare are the international companies selling cigarettes, sugary drinks and greasy drinks. Welfare isn't even wealth redistribution from the rich to the poor. It's wealth redistribution from the middle class to the (((people))) who own exploitative industries.
Notice, I'm defining exploitative industries as those industries which provide a product people don't really need marketed to the low IQ and low impulse control. Soft drinks, fast food, recreational drugs, porn. Things which cost the producer almost nothing but is inherently addictive or can be easily marketed to the memelogically vulnerable.

My point was that if the goal was really government power, the money would be spent elsewhere. When you're trying to buy something, you go where you can get the best value for your money. White people have a better voter participation rate, so if you buy a given group of whites, you'll get more votes out of them than if you buy an equivalent group of blacks or hispanics. So we can infer that the goal of people pushing this is not political power, but economic power.
They don't really need our votes if they own our mortgages. And its no use to them being rich if we're not poor and in debt. The higher ups at the company perform labor as well, and their "labor power" is significantly higher (due to their education, experience, skills, responsibilities, connections, etc.) so it's not "unfair" or "exploitation" that they get paid more than the bottom tier. The bulk of the "surplus value" goes to the company itself in the form of profit, which helps cover unforeseen costs and the costs of expanding the business. Basically, this 'immoral' "surplus" they're talking about is whatever the owner of the company makes purely as a result of owning the business. And it's not unjust that they make this money, because their ownership of the company results in the production of all of the "surplus value" that they receive. Thus, there is no real "surplus value"- the division of the profit is all set by the laws of supply and demand. As they said regarding the labor power, it is set high enough that workers possessing the skills they require will want to get up every morning to come to work for them. They are not slaves; they can quit whenever they want and work someplace else instead.
