Inaccurate. Read the text on the video's thumbnail. It's a South Carolina district court nominee, which makes more sense considering all 9 justices on the Supreme Court are still considered able to do their jobs (although 8 of them ought to be retired, tbh).

Trump has been quietly stacking the Federal Courts with (alleged) conservatives, and there are still a lot of vacancies. Obama left so many spots open so he could have a Federal Court system that has fewer but more ideologically far left judges. More judges (even if left wing) runs the risks of one of them actually interpreting the law as intended. Schumer knows this full and well and is simply trying to stall and obstruct. He knows he has no real argument to oppose the candidate so he's kvetching about white goyim.
Correct. Federal Judge's are not Supreme Court Justices, but just as important in this day and age since they are in effect dictating laws.
