Trump's strategy on DACA is going off as planned. Corner the Supreme Court on a decision, and get rejected to appellate court; the one that keeps getting its ass whooped by the Trump admin. Either SCOTUS would take a quick vote in favor of Trump's proposal, which would have been a win for Trump, or it gets kicked in the balls by SCOTUS to go to 9th district and get appealed, and then Trump wins n a higher court through the legal system as it was designed to do.
He force the DACA situation into question, and put a deadline on it, and gave the news networks a reason to cover something other than Boss Hogg and the 2A issue. The dead teens, and their gun grabbing agenda, will be old news in 2 weeks.
