This shit gave me nightmares when I was a kid. That dump scene scared the fuck out of me.

How did they get away with the graphic sex scene between Maleficent and Littlefoot? I thought the Kangaroo orgy in the middle of the film was a bit too much for a children's movie, but that scene between Maleficent and Littlefoot was in poor taste, IMO.

In retrospect, this is kind of a dark plotline for a kids movie

That was THE Transformers movie. The characters acted like they should, Bumblebee was not some nigger-kind of guy without a voice, the humans were likeable, the new robots were cool, Galvatron was voiced by Leonard Nimoy, Unicron was voiced by Orson Welles MWUUUAAARRRGH, Optimus and Megatron finally settled their score, and Unicron was just awesome! I wish animated movies like this were made today.

As an animationfag I feel like this film doesn't get a lot of credit for its cinematography. Like this shot and the shot when Unicron's head was rising up during his transformation gave me chills. I really doubt CGI would've given the latter shot justice.

what was the movie where some animals lived in the forest and were told avoid the road that passed through it and one day some gas tanker crashed and flooded all the animal homes with gas killing most and nearly killing the rest save for some
"kids" and some crazy animal with a flying machine.

The "kids" take the flying machine to travel off to some far away land to get some plant that can cure the poisoned animals. The move is about the journey for the most part and ends with them saving the village of animals.

Nobody seems to know what I'm talking about and I hope I can find someone who knows.

I miss Gilbert Godfried and Rondha Sheer and UP All Night. It ranked right up there with Joe Bob for Amerikino weekends. The 90s were so fun.
