Shadow Hearts: Covenant has the Dating Outfit for Karen if you complete a particular item exchange sidequest chain the right way. It's even in the western release (probably mixture of being from over a decade before CURRENT YEAR, having a translator that actively liked the games, and Midway not giving a fuck).

Shame the alternate outfits consume an accessory slot and offer no stat boosts.

Solatorobo has some nice boner inducing outfits.

As someone that liked Wild Arms 5, I'll admit it's a mixed bag. I thought it was a pretty solid game and a good step up from WA4 (the real black sheep of the series), but some series fans seem adamant that the series ought to have died after WA3 and disregard the games afterward. Also might state that Persephone is a boss, and not a playable character. There's a perky cowgirl party member though (as well as an amnesiac silver haired girl and a twelve year old with a backpack missile launcher and abandonment issues).

Funny how the artist is able to do some pretty good designs yet is most known for gay Skies of Arcadia doujins. Thankfully that doesn't really show much in the designs for WA5.
