I'll be using Dungeon Crawl:Stone Soup 0.16 for this (0.17+ are shit). I can't do anything about the movement speed from the get-go, but this game has the perfect God for this; Cheibriados gives his followers a penalty to *all* speeds in the game, as he is the god of laziness and taking it easy (no fucking joke). The easy part will be finding him, the hard part dealing with him.

Gunslinger vocation in Dragons Dogma. They would have access to the special revolver weapon, which would have a great deal of power, range, etc but have to be reloaded. The class would have hybrid variants in the forms of Duelist (w/Fighter), Magic Gunner (w/Mage), and Specialist (w/Strider). The vocation itself would be a special one requiring Level 20 to enter into from the start, with hybrid variants needing Level 40. The vocation would have shitter stats, relying a lot on equipment and skills.

You could climb a dragon and shoot it in the face.

Probably because Morrowind's mechanics allow you to play, if not all, at least most types of classes in OP's chart, but now it has become so casualized and small by comparison. Skyrim lets you play 5 or 6 types of classes playable, and there's only 4 in ESO - Morrowind has 21 prebuilt classes, plus the mechanical depth to allow you to make thousands more.

Morrowind really let you make your own personal class, and in Skyrim and ESO you sure as shit can't be a necromancer or anything close.

What is a Red Mage anyway?

In the middle between Bard, Elementalist and Paladin that are in the game already. Really a pain in the ass to imagine.

In Final Fantasy, there are Red Mages, Blue Mages, White Mages, and Black.

A FF class term for a wizard who is proficient in both white magic and black magic but can't master either side, also wears bright red clothes and wields a sword/rapier

It was a very generalist class. It used a sword, but not as good as a fighter. It could use white and black magic skills, but not as well as a white or black mage. It was very much a Jack of all Trades, master of none, but it's versatility was it's strength. In situations where a more specialized character might be of little use, a red mage could still be useful. Even against highly magic resistant enemies, since they were competant at physical attacks.

So a stealth-based character with a bit of magic? Looks like an Assassin then, with a pretty heavy emphasis on Shadow Arts. It seems like Ranger would be the appropriate secondary profession to keep closer to the martial side. So we're looking at an A/R speccing Critical Strikes, Shadow Arts, and Marksmanship. Or, if we want to go full gimmick build, we can look at something like Shadow Arts and Wilderness Survival, focusing on traps and the like instead of direct attacks. With some speed buffs, it might even be a viable solo build in some areas - throw down traps, pull some fags, run them through the flame. With an actual party waiting in ambush, oh boy.

So what exactly is a psion?

Oh, a psion is a psychic version of a mage, basically instead of magic-users they're telekinesis users who can manifest powers which are tied in to their ability scores and not to one ability score only. So you need 19 to manifest a 9th level Psionic power of the Psychometabolism type, this includes powers such as healing, crushing things, etc.

Psions are pretty well-rounded as a result, the only problem is, it means they need high ability scores or they might not be able to use many powers. For example, if you had a stat array of like say 12/13/14/14/14/12 it would mean your highest level power you could manifest would be 4th level until you started buffing your stats.

19 Strength to manifest a 9th level Psionic power of the Psychometabolism type. 19 Dex for Psychokinesis, 19 for Psychocreation, 19 Wis for Psychoportation, etc.

Basically instead of being a focused blaster master they can do just about anything, but it requires their stats be good.

Neat, now how would this become a part of a smt game I wonder. Maybe your mc could be a phychic demon or something, and instead of learning skills through whisper you learn different ones depending what stat you raise.

Something like that, the idea of the psion is that their powers aren't gained through intensive study but instead through self-discovery. Kind of like how Carrie discovers her powers, or Eleven from Stranger Things. As the character's abilities develop they just "figure them out" and then it requires practice to perfect them, but otherwise yeah it would just be an automatic process. Although for the sake of gameplay you usually let a player pick their powers.

Now this is where things are going to get interesting. Corsair will most definitely start with saber or rapier or some other sword with very fast attack speed + buckler. I don't know what skill trees they are going to have, though. I do know that stat wise they are likely to excel at dexterity and strength and have somewhat lower stats everywhere else. They get +2 to Mana, Stamina and Life at level up.

A not so famous dancer, even in the small population of the vault.
He's not the smartest but agile, albeit clumsy. Through arduous training he has stamina but not much else, a rather unlucky guy.

Being a parasitic cancer on society, the Overseer sends Dave on a suicide mission for a "water chip", which is not in need of replacement, to finally be rid of him. This, Daniel does not know.
Seeing an opportunity to finally prove himself in his vault and and to show off his moves to the poor wasteland folk.
