I guess you could include the fairy assistant in the Free Cities pregmod that I wrote and coded (the assistant, not pregmod itself).

on top of the story mode and the fighter mode, there's also an arena mode in which you fight 3 sets of enemies from a level + the boss of said level for every level + a secret boss its Big. right now it totals 16 "battles" and you have to beat it all on a single life, at the end of every "battle" you get a few items, like condoms, which somehow reduce your pregnancy meter (?), when it gets full, you lose a life, if you beat this mode you unlock the gallery and you can fap all you want then. Not all the scenes suit everyone though unless you're a master sick fuck, and yes, getting raped is the losing-state.
