What government type would be best for Galaxy domination and enslaving/eliminating Xeno?
I personally always tend to go for Imperial rule type factions since historically every major country was at their peak when they were Empires before falling flat on their face because of "democracy" (I mean look at japan when they were an Empire and now they are a bunch of pussies)
