VoiceMacro does the trick
this is my prayer macro
double press F1 or say "Pray at altar" and it switches from whatever window you currently have active to Wurm,
then checks to see if the stamina bar is full,
then presses P with is bound to a script file that queues up 5 prayer actions at selected target (you can just add more button presses in VoiceMacro if you don't use the actions mod),
then switches to my alt, if the alt client exists it maximizes the window before pressing P and then minimizes the window again,
then switches back to the main client before switching back to the window that was active before the macro ran its cycle
