Does Sophie count? She doesn't manage an outward appearance of being robotic (at least compared to some of the other non-combatant models the Fodrans built), but it's clear that she's at the very least a synthetic life form, what with the ability to manifest her gauntlets from nowhere, analyze her allies' fighting styles and mimic and adapt them to her own, and at one point even pull herself back together from particles that had dissipated years prior. And that's not to speak of the fact that she was created solely to hunt one specific entity, and can have her personality reverted from "naive, inquisitive girl" mode to her original "must kill it" programming.
