I thought I understood the story at first I'd assumed it was about MW2 making kids want to join the army and go fight in Iraq based on when it was made. But then it's just the guy going outside and hallucinating that he's playing a game with his gun IRL.
This doesn't happen at all there have been one or two people who wanted to be GTA IRL but they knew that they were in reality and doing bad things.
