Well the levels are more open, even if it's still linear as shit. However, combat feels fantastic. The levels have some awesome locations for parkouring like this one level that's a training facility manufacturing plant where you have to ride the assembly line.

There's even this one level where you get the ability to time travel the level like in Dishonored 2.

I suppose it's possible they could try to pull something but considering how games like the new Gears of War also has free map DLC I think it's just becoming the norm. Instead they'll charge for cosmetic shit or pay for the maps to host games on them. Also if they did say fuck you, you need to pay for maps it would cause an incredible shitstorm. This game is not going to have a large playerbase at launch because of the launchwindow and the only thing that might redeem them over the big boys on the market is this free DLC plan that neither of the major competitors have. Also it makes getting it later a much more appealing process since you don't have to buy the game + the DLC/season pass/premium/deluxe edition to be able to play with people.

Then maybe they should've waited a little longer before sending it out. Let Battlefield 1 soak up some sales, then work on marketing for Titanfall 2 in November. During that time Respawn could've also added a few more maps for multiplayer too.

Just got the game because it was extremely cheap. I love how dead the online is even though it just released. Half the modes are ghost towns. Faggots only play hardpoint and bounty hunt.
