I may have exaggerated a tad but it's been a year or so since I read through this interview. It's worth looking through anyway for anyone even slightly interested in the game's soundtrack.

Think about it: a Brujah, even an elder, wouldn't go do these length to weaken every Sect's hold over LA. Would he find a way to fuck over a shitty Prince, preferably by getting asked by Camarilla higher-ups themselves to dust him? Absolutely. Would he drive out Sabbat and Kuei-Jin, preferably by pitting them against each other and mopping up whoever remains? Sure. But deliberately creating so much chaos that all present factions would be in disarray, leading to Final Deaths of many younger Kindred among Camarilla (who are, according to him, 95% victims), let alone among Anarchs? I can't see it. Plus the only ones who can ultimately benefit from that are Camarilla as they would just send an Archon with a clean-up crew and retake the city, which, if I'm not mistaken, is what happened canonically. Which a True Brujah would be least upset with.
