You're a deliberately faggot character. Araki is a massive David Bowie fan and explicitly based Kira' design on the Let's Dance music video. It was less purposeful with Dio, but the Goblin King makes a pretty convincing Dio in that shop. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there was influence on that design too.
