"Teeth" would be a last resort upon fully grappling each other with both arms.

"Knees" are less of a falling risk than heads, but you should clarify it's for striking the groin or abdomen, I guess tagging the inner/outer/front thigh could be discouraging but I don't think you could reach decent velocity at those levels.
