The burden of proof is too high for the DA, the kid didn't specifically intend on killing her nor did he plan it out with adequate mens rea to fulfill the burden of proof on a first degree homicide.

Does the public have the right to view this video footage? Would it be legal for the video footage to be released to the public before the trial concludes?
