You do realize that Germany had limited resources (thousands died of starvation in World War I, because of the British Blockade - Germany was not food self-suficiente), it lacked material resources, especially oil, to build and supply it's army and the country was entirelly levelled after World War I - they were opposed by the entirety of the world, controlled by big corporations and (((international finance))) that were eager to invade their country to control it again.
