Back in the old days, Kings would do the honourable thing and declear war in advance.
Of course Kim will try and move some missiles around, but USA should be able to find them anyways.
DO NOT! Start bombing all of Kim's vital infrastructure that keeps him in power, then he will have no option, don't corner him. If he knows in advance the attacks are coming, if he knows it is only the nuclear and missiles programs that are getting hit, he is not cornered, he keeps his power.
Meanwhile, make backrooms deals with China and Russia and NK. Give something in return for Kim losing his nukes/ICBM's. Something as simple as ample food might do it, and also a complete lift of all sanctions. Give Kim something that will help him consolidate his power as Supreme Leader.

But your overall idea of launching an attack on the North Korean nuclear infrastructure completely ignores WHY North Korea wants nuclear weapons.
