David Kustof introduced this bill on March 27th, but if we look earlier, congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/672 ("Combating European Anti-Semitism Act of 2017") on January 24th by Nita Lowey. So they began with a January attempt to serve Jewish interests in Europe then 2 months later attempted it locally.

Lowey's European version (HR672) passed without being renamed on May 17th. Did we react to this at all? Attached is YT vid from that day.
