Skye ain't different than any other character and Drogoz is just as bad. He doesn't get multiple people but he does get at least 1 garanteed while Skye might end up doing nothing all together.
It's just that many of those abilities require actually knowing and playing the game to avoid, so if you are against a Skye, buy Illuminate and you'll see her coming around to plant the bomb.
