You can try and rip it yourself, opening a .cia is kind of easy, but I don't remember the name of the program you use for it.

First, try downloading the updates from freeshop. There is a tab on the bottom screen dedicated to games you have installed. From there you can download patches and dlc directly from nintendo.If that fails, then you can try doing what I did. I downloaded an undub version from ttp://www.3dsiso.com and it worked with a compilation of all the dlc I got from there too.

It is because some file hosts only allow a gigabtye on free downloads/uploader accounts and it is easier to create the uploads at a split size that falls under that limit once rather than try to have many copies of different sizes just because of site differences. The torrent version of igg is nice to have when there is a very high number of links, however not everything is on both sites.
