A generation is a group of people with a common culture. When there is a cultural shift, a new generation begins. There are clearly definable lines between the culture of kids in the 80s and kids in the 90s, so they are a separate generation. This clear line also exists between 90s and 00 kids. 90s culture was the humble emergence of computer tech and 90s music. 00s was high tech devices being commonplace and degenerate nigger/whore music. Kids being born today are still walking around with ipads in their faces and listening to garbage. The ONLY cultural difference is there are a lot more shitskins and a lot more mixed race mongrels. A LOT more, to the point of a complete demographics shift to whites being the minority. So why is the media not defining Gen Z as that? To hide the fact that white genocide is successfully taking place.

When they show "Gen Z" on TV or on web searches they show a bunch of white kids. This is a distraction, they are trying to slow us down from seeing what's obviously going on around us. An entirely new generation has dawned right under our noses, and we almost didn't catch on. We need to see the real Gen Z for what it is: our encroaching defeat and (((their))) possible success.

The whole 'conservative generation Z' meme is a fraud, as it's defined by things like support for gay marriage and abortion, things mexicans and blacks largely don't support. Generations are approximate. Cohorts overlap, and many people get caught between generations. They are not time-based, they are culture-based. The culture that gave rise to Gen X was fleeting and narrow (children of babyboomers who came of age during Reaganism and the end of the Cold War), while the following two Millennial generations were long and connected (children of late boomers Gen X'ers who were spoiled, over-medicated, and brain-damaged).

From my experience anyone born after 2000 is basically incapable of manual labour. Their formative years were not spent playing sports down at the park or in the street (hover parenting+vidya+internet I assume), their weekends didn't involve helping dad do yark work (>implying they even had dads). At work we've tried to be easy on the new kids, but eventually we're forced to pair them up with someone and work them quite hard as a way to try and build some sort of work ethic.

Most of them are highly socialised though and are quite good at interacting with people. The alpha/beta dynamic seems to have actually affected them through years of online browsing. A great deal more of them seem to hit the gym as well.

Whatever you want to call the generation born after 2000, they are virtually useless for anything other than consuming instagram/facebook/youtube/porn and occasional bants.

When you look at a lot of their traits, it is indicative of feminisation. Dislike for manual labour, feminine trait. High socialisation, focus on outwards appearance both feminine traits. I think feminism has really taken a couple of generations to truly sink into our culture, to change our actual behaviours. What we're witnessing now is the generation that has been raised from birth with feminine values, by parents with semi-feminine values, with grandparents who were part of the cultural revolution generation of the 60s and 70s.

Superficial yes. But they are terrible judges of character. When I was growing up if I didn't know something my three options were; find a book, figure it out myself or find somebody that knew. If I went to find somebody that knew, I had to judge their character and decide for myself if they were full of shit or not.
