No pentile display 2 subpixels per pixel but full RGB 3 subpixels per pixel. That means it's only lower res for green, blue and red are higher res than Rift and Vive.

Pentile displays are cheaper. Fresnel lenses are cheaper. They're also less heavy but that's only a problem if you halfass the display mount by strapping it to the face.

The strap is the only good thing. Even if you don't factor in the limited hardware it is attached to and assume some would make it work on PC (which probably isn't going to happen), you still won't get a lot of games to run at 120FPS on stereoscopic rendering, much less if you rely on a wrapper/injector to display it.
OSVR has RGB screen and one of the best lenses, Vive has the best tracking and acceptable everything else (lenses could be better).
