Any advice for someone that has been a lurker here for a little over 5 years that can't shake off depression? Ever since I started to go down the rabbit hole I feel like I've been lobotomized. Nothing seems to have any substance to it. I workout everyday as it helps, it only does so much.
inb4 blackpill thread, I'm currently completely demoralized and I have no one else to talk to.
Only downside is that I'm on it for life, and I have to have blood tests on alternating months to make sure my liver doesn't kill itself. And nausea. If I can't take it forever, things might get rough, though.
Anyways, stay active and constantly improve yourself.

Fix your fucked up diet. Depression is caused by chemical imbalance in your body. Stop eating processed food with chemical additives.
If you're still depressed after that detox, then get tested for nutrient deficiencies and take supplements to compensate.
Also try guided meditation to reduce stress.
Juan Kelly
Eat ~50% calories from saturated fat. Sauna. Ice bath. Iceman breathing. Deprevation tank. Cannabis oil. The cold is a warm friend.
Don't be a faggot. Eat psyllium husk and raw milk at every meal. Eat sprouted grains. Drink beers. Regrow the mucin lining in your gut, user. Go and be blessed this Yuletide Season.
Joseph Perez
and beware of people who think they know what diet you need without knowing anything about you. Everyone is different and no one diet is right for everyone or even for you for all time.

You forget existential depression.
Eli Gonzalez
I don't any processed foods. Not even sugar or dairy. I eat healthy and work out daily. Nothing seems to help.
Benjamin White
Also, stay away from fish, faggot. Polyunsaturated fats rot in your body and cause inflamation of the gut, cardiovascular system, and brain. Seed oils, too since there is no such thing as a "vegetable oil". Only avocado, olive, and peanut since they are mostly monounsaturated fats.

This is your problem. Milk is the best food you can get *without fibre*. "Sugar" is what all carbohydrates break down into except the insoluble fibres and your body needs it. ALL HUMANS ARE THE SAME Eat equal parts protein, carbs, and saturated fats. BLT on sprouted wheat or rye is the way to go. Bacon always makes you feel good.
Luke Myers
For fuck's sake OP, ignore advice from drugs addicts like this wretch. I'm a lot older than most here, I've been around the block many times and I can tell you that sure as shit taking drugs will fuck your life everytime. If you're on them, get off asap. No ailment–be it depression, cancer, AIDS, a cold–no disease is caused by a pharmaceutical deficiency and drugs will never cure you and will always give you side effects that are worse than what you started with.
Doctors are not in the business of curing disease, they're in the business of creating customers for life, and healthy people make terrible consumers of drugs and surgery. Whatever your health problem there is a natural solution. Unless you get hit by a bus and need someone to sew you back together, the best thing you can do for your health is to run–don't walk–away from anyone with the letters "MD" after their name. They are your enemy.
Jayden Long
It is not easy, but try to learn how to balance your macro nutrients:
30 percent of calories from fat, 30 percent from protein and 40 percent from carbs. This isn't something you calculate precisely, but rather something you get a feel for and eat this way.
Wyatt Wright

Think about what in your environment would mess up your body chemistry: do you have mercury dentap fillings? Do you drink tap water? Cook in pans made out of questionable materials? Use anti-perspirant with aluminum? Are there weird chemicals where you work or live?
There are a lot of tests you can do that will give you feedback about your state: food allergy, nutrient deficiency, heavy metal toxicity. You'll need a professional to interpret them and recommend what to do: could be detoxification, or nutritional supplements or just a minor change in diet.
Definitely be wary of anyone who thinks they know exactly what you need to be eating. Everyone is different and one person's healthy diet could be throwing you out of wack for whatever reason.
Jose Watson
Is getting one of those reverse osmosis filters for a tap legit? There's one on amazon for 150 bucks. I'm guessing you have to take supplements for the stuff natural stuff that's being filtered right?
Parker Parker
Beer with at least 7% alcohol content. It also stimulates creativity and problem solving as long as you don't overdo it.
Carter Harris
Reverse osmosis is legit but I'm unfamiliar with a tap-mounted unit. I use a distiller personally.
Luis Martinez
Alcohol makes me feel like shit. Pretty much every drug sucks for me. Probably a good thing, though.
Levi Lee
So you noticed an improvement mentally or physically when you switched over to a distiller from tap water?
Aaron Scott
This is something I deal with on a daily basis. Exercise, Vitamin D, healthy diet, good sleep habits, regular social interaction with sane people.
This place is not the best for your mental health. It is too easy to fuck your sleep schedule up with screen light and have trouble sleeping because of it. Use a screen dimmer like FLux. Meme diets are trash. Avoid anything processed. Buy ingredients like fresh veggies, meat, and whole grains. Vitamin D is pretty freaking important and it is more difficult for white people to get all they need without diets very heavy in it and getting outside every chance we can. Excercise is fucking fantastic for elevating mood and forcing yourself outside.
The biggest thing is you probably know all these things are important but you can't be bothered because you are depressed. It's a shitty feedback loop that seems impossible to escape. Force yourself to change. It will suck and you won't feel immediately better so the doubt and depression will whisper in your ear to give up. Don't force yourself until you don't have to.
Sebastian Powell
My entire family is liberal and I live in the city. At this point I'm looking to go to a trade school somewhere in the midwest/northwest, anywhere that has a high percent white population. Seeing nonwhites on a daily basis has become more alarming to me and I hate it.

since, nobody's said it yet, everyone here should be doing nofap. masturbation is an epidemic. what good reason is there for seminal expulsion other than for procreation? is your desire for wasteful pleasure so high and your will too weak that you would delve that deep into the mud of degeneracy and hedonism? remember that you are not your urges, and also remember that achieving the great heights of humanity is not possible if you're a wanker. srs. trump even said that the last time he jerked off was in his early teens high meat will also clear your depression right up (i cant really verify or argue this point very well, but you can trust me if you want).
guided can be good but most meditation should be done yourself. if you dont know what to do just focus on your breath and nothing else. maintain a laser focus the entire time, on your breath only. dont get distracted. "it's okay to have intrusive thoughts, but dont have tea with them". there's different strategies that involve putting your focus on different things, but maybe the simplest and most common is to attach your focus onto your breath and hold it there as best you can
everyone should be practicing nofap. go for a whole month and tell me it doesnt give you super powers. "if you dont have time to meditate thirty minutes a day, you should meditate for an hour", and 5+ hours a day will give you actual super powers. try out high meat. eat an onion a day
Jayden Evans
I turned my life around 180 degrees from being sick and depressed all the time by doing many things. Quitting tap water was one of those things. I also had my mercury dental fillings removed and have been detoxing from that for many years. I radically changed my diet based on feedback from tests regarding deficiencies and allergies. I stay away from any products with artifical chemicals such as perfumes and cleaning solvents. I used a site called geneticgenie.org that takes your 23andme results and tells you what enzymes your body produces and what substances your body can metabolize. Turns out I can't metabolize caffeine, so I gave up coffee tea and chocolate and I noticed a huge improvement just from that.
Did the water filter solve all my problems? No, but it probably helped and sure doesn't hurt so why risk drinking filthy unfiltered tap water?
Aiden Jones
I would point to two possible reasons. You seem to have already addressed #1, but take a look at #2.
1. Chemical
2. Fulfilment
Your mind is evolved to perform certain functions and accomplish specific goals. The functions which the conscious part of your brain that is "you" is made to perform are resource management, time management, some problem solving, some decision making, etc. Other tasks (the majority of the functions) are performed by other parts of your brain. You also have one overarching goals as a living creature: ensure the continuation of your genetic material. This is done by reproducing or by enabling genetically similar individuals (family, relatives) to reproduce.
I suggest giving your brain some of the type of tasks that it is meant to be working on. Go camping to force your brain to deal with the type of time and resource management functions it's supposed to be performing. Do puzzles in the newspaper. Spend time with friends and family.
Juan Wood
I was going to suggest exercise after seeing the thread title.
As for this;
WHAAAAAAAT? Finding out the truth makes you feel brain dead and lacks substance? It should be the complete opposite of that. Being a normie watching jew media is what results in such thoughts.
Ayden Wilson
how often do you fap? do you meditate? these two are big
Christian Wood
I can relate to OP Knowing the truth reveals a deep absurdity to the world. The more you learn, the less things seem to conform with common sensibilities, and it's distinctly apparent only after learning about the darker elements. It could be construed as great potential for the future, but it's daunting nonetheless. There's so much which demands rectification, and the individual is so tiny. It makes the mundane seem even more useless, and the future looks so bleak. It's incredibly difficult to get motivated knowing how fucked up everything is.
Ryan Martin
yes, I was talking about regular depression. If OP meant that then he should clarify.
Brandon Clark
settle down, nigger. the kali yuga is closing and kalki most likely walks the earth as we speak. things will eventually come to a head. the change has started. have faith in it (real faith; dont just say "i hope everything turns out alright even though it might not"). if it werent for the red pill i have no idea what there would be for me to believe. maybe a 'progressive' mars colony or something would be the highest hope for me. do normies even know what hope is? what do they look forward to other than the next episode of their favorite show? we have so much more than them

the absolute best advice is to get exercise, force yourself if you have to
Also, all self improvement threads get banned here, nobody knows why. my self improvement thread i created ~a month ago was anchored, then when i complained in the thread, i was banned for 30 days and the thread was deleted

Psychiatric meds, despite being kiked to hell, are still relatively scientifcally sound. I know for a fact that I'd be in the loony bin right now without my meds. Kill yourself, kike.
Christopher Taylor
on the topic of exercise, i would suggest combining the wim hof method with it. you can do this on it's own (in the morning or something) but i prefer to pair it with my workouts. i do three reps [(breaths+hold)x3)] after my post-workout cold shower. you can also utilize the method during the workout by using an abridged method before each set. so you would just take 30+ of the breaths, and then instead of the breath holding part you would just go straight to doing the exercise (breathe during the exercise if you want gainz). this will noticeably increase performance. like creatine x 20. only problem is if you're in a gym you might look like a sperg gulping air in between sets. you can try it yourself - right now go do a set of pushups to failure, and tomorrow try again except with the abridged wim hof method (just the breaths, no hold. do 30+ right before your pushups) and see if you can get significantly more reps.
Aiden Ward
Then find someone to talk to. Aside from what everyone else has said (nofap, exercise, and not eating shit food most prominently here) I'd highly recommend it. Say what you will about churches, they are great resources for this. If nothing else you can hire a therapist, just know that anything you say there gets in the file.
Something that also hasn't been mentioned is your hygiene products. Soap, deodorant, toothpaste, all these you can make yourself, with easily obtainable/cheap materials just jewgle it, or maybe some other user has tips This way you don't have all the poisonous shit that the stuff you buy at the store has. and if you're not practicing basic hygeine than fucking get started. Floss, nigger.
Also, if your depression is just blackpill demoralization and not clinical, then read. Read old myths and legends. Read existential and esoteric shit it that's your fancy. You have to believe in something, even only if it's the basic natural order where nothing is going to be handed to you. Nobody is going to save you. It's up to you to grab life by the testes and make what you want out of life. Nobody's going to save the world unless you get started.
I fell for the jewish medicinal meme and it's helped me greatly. zoloft is the shitprozac is just shit but I'm doing everything I can to sort my shit out so I can get off the meds (the doc even pitched it to me that way, which is why I gave it a try.) For OP I'd suggest trying anything else you can first, though.
Luis Brown
Zoloft turned me into a zombie with terrible memory. After I stopped taking the pills I became a hardcore alcoholic for a number of years. Finally quit that and started getting happier after tripping balls a few times. Chemicals are very iffy and it depends on the person.
Austin Roberts
You know that how, exactly? Did you conduct a scientific experiment?
Cooper Jackson
Yeah, that was pretty much my experience with prozac. had a massive depressive episode (lasted about a year, started thinking about self harm/suicide which never happened before) after going off it.
Can't be emphasized enough
Jaxon Garcia
Because I've been there when I stopped. It's just a kike meme to get you into the hospital.

1. Stop porning, stop video games, stop watching TV, stop watching films. Avoid gambling or any other artificial highs. No drugs at all, no alcohol or cigarettes either. All of those things artificially stimulate or depress your brain chemicals. By avoding them for a long enough period, you will regain more of a balance on the physiological side. 2. Exercise is good, combine it with unprocessed, healthy and varied food. Avoid sugar. 3. Spend as much time as possible outside in the sunlight 4. develop creative and usefully constructive activities, hobbies and habits. build/create/repair things on a regular basis. learn new skills 5. spend time with other people, meet new people, even if it means volunteering for a couple of hours a week somewhere, just to be able to chat with strangers. ask questions, share ideas. They don't have to become your friends, just talk. 6. stop spending so much time on here, or on the internet/computers in general. force yourself to set a time limit per day or only every other day. reduce it little by little and stick with it for a few weeks. after that it will become easier, and become a new good habit. 7. spend time reading light hearted fiction, fantasy, science fiction - something removed from every day life. a good time for this is for 20-30 minutes before bed, so you can sleep with a clear mind and - 8. sleep well. this means a clear mind, see above, in total darkness and silence, and at night. between midnight and 5am is the best time to sleep. no lights in the room at all, not even an alarm clock or mobile phone charger with an led. if they have to be in your room, cover the lights with black insulation tape.
Most important one is by practising thinking positively, and by doing things. Don't think so much, do positive things to improve you and your life.
David Morgan
You wouldn’t have happened to been forced to flunk out of college at that time due to memory loss, too, would you? I feel the opposite. Everything I learn here has so much substance to it, but I’m powerless to do anything because I’m a worthless piece of shit who means nothing. Speak in public to my city? I’m a college dropout with no job, no money, no family, and no prospects. Run for office? No money, no credentials. I know absolutely everything I need to know to be able to run–and serve–in a government office. I can do the job, almost regardless of what it would be. But that’s meaningless without the little piece of paper that says so (or without some job experience that says I can do it). It’s why I’m crippled, but I don’t know how you can think what you learn here has no substance. I will never be married, so I’ve not even done this for myself. GOOD FOR YOU IN DOING IT. Stress takes a toll on a person. I’m in my late 20s and my hair is solid white. Doesn’t help that I’ve spoken (physically) to three people in five years. Half a decade has been in service exclusively to gaining knowledge of the world from here, and to what end? I can barely even speak anymore. My mind runs so fast–and I don’t talk to anyone–that I slur anything I try to say out loud.
Sage because this isn’t anything that anyone here should be seeing or hearing. Useless eaters like us should just kill ourselves in service to Truth.
Michael Wilson
I do have a copypasta, though.
The most important things you can do are: • Don’t support pedophilia, homosexuality, reversed sex roles, or fetish porn. • Read the great philosophers and great written works, but don’t be immediately taken by them until you have read a large enough spectrum to understand where you really stand. • Read not only various histories, but works contemporary with the time you are studying and understand the context in which those people were operating. • Exercise, training both strength and endurance, get good at stretching, learn some basic self defense. • Mechanics, working with basic electronics, understand computer hardware and basics of programming and how networks work. • Build a skill base and background that enable you to be regularly and gainfully employed. • Emergency skills like cleaning/treating water to make it drinkable, go camping/backpacking learn to hunt if given the opportunity, team about various medicinal and nutritional plants, especially those in your area. • You don’t need to be Rambo, but understand how to handle, maintain and use guns. Also gain a clear understanding of laws related to fire arms in your area. • Understand what your beliefs are; learn what the foundations and ideas of your faith are. • Don’t go off the deep end, but have ready on hand enough water, food, medical supplies and other resources to at least get you through a short period of chaos or lack of services. • Regardless of your family’s viewpoints or how often you see your friends, try to keep good relationships with them and be a source of support in hard times. Don’t be a crazed loner if you can help it. • Have a plan for where you are trying to go in life and have a plan for what you will do in an emergency. Doesn’t hurt to have a plan for what to do if you are forced to leave your home with minimal notice. • Get out of any unhealthy relationships, don’t be involved with a woman who has drug problems, emotional intimacy problems, is untrustworthy, or doesn’t support you being the best person you can be. • Know what’s going on, not just nationally, but worldwide and in your own community. You don’t need to be a news buff, but you need to be aware and also able to see between the lines of mainstream news reporting. • Work toward not being in debt. Don’t become obsessed with money, but also don’t ignore the problems its lack can cause you. Pay your bills, try to have reserve funds available if needed for a short term emergency. If you can, avoid gambling on stocks and build an actual business you control. • Overall, just understand who you are, what you believe, and don’t let popular culture influence your understanding of yourself. Know what you believe, what you stand for, how you want to live, etc. Don’t let political correctness be a factor in this, nor any other outside force. Make your own determinations and understand why you made them.
Ayden Bailey
• Don’t use recreational drugs. I don’t care if you feel weed should be legalized–it weakens the will and kills initiative. Don’t become dependent on alcohol or tobacco–they’re chains to imprison your self-development. • Make consistent, long-term commitments towards self-improvement, like spending at least one hour a day reading a challenging work or working out, learning at least one useful skill every week or month, etc. Constantly set goals for yourself and work to achieve them. • Learn the differences between degenerate culture and real culture. Study classical art, architecture, and music. Understand why so much of modern pop culture is trash. Learn how to tell the difference between nutritious food and crap snack food. • Get yourself off of drinking soda. That alone will reduce the amount of empty calories and sugar you take in. Stop frying your taste palette with overly-processed foods that contain too much fat, sugar, salt and learn to enjoy or at least tolerate simple, healthy foods like vegetables and basic grains. Don’t be a retarded vegetarian or fag, but lessening your meat intake and favoring low fat cuts is not a bad idea. • Learn how to express. Explain your thoughts and ideas more clearly, write and talk, take feed back and improve. Just become better at saying what you are trying to say. This will inevitably require learning not only what you want to say but why. • Don’t just assume the cheapest is the best. Look at quality and weigh with price. Not everything needs to be top of the line, but learn how to properly evaluate the true value of things. Don’t be taken in by name brands or cheap prices. Look at what you are actually buying and what you want to get out of it. As the saying goes, “Only rich people can afford cheap windows.” • Accept that every material object you own can be taken away or destroyed in a moment. Don’t let anything you own become part of your identity. Invest in things that actually matter–yourself and those you care about. Only invest in objects as a means towards an end–a home for your family, a tool for its use, etc.
Blake Ward
You can’t trust people to be your heroes. It’s important to remember that you never truly know your heroes. Heroes are just people. People change. People are bought. People lose sight. People die. Never forget, no matter how it happened, that whenever you lose a hero, the things you believe don’t stop being true. The people you believed in weren’t the physical embodiment of whatever it was for which they had stood. If they betrayed you or turned their back on their ideals, the ideals themselves are not any less valid. This is because it’s not the person in which you believe. They didn’t make you believe those things–you already knew those things were right. You saw a strong person working toward your ideals–or one who had a clearer, fully conceptualized idea of what they were. In that moment, you knew they could be realized, because another person–fallible, like yourself–sought to achieve them. They only thing they really made you believe in is yourself. The reality is that since you never really knew your hero, they were always just an idealized projection of you. With them gone, you can choose to let those ideals die, or you can choose to pass them on yourself. A hero is just ideals with action. Choose to be your own ideals and you choose to be your own hero. A hero is just a focal point for the self.
~:~
You have obligation only to yourself. You were born a careful balance between a mindless savage animal and a saintly being, which we’ll call the “paragon” for the sake of the argument. You can succumb to the beast, or you can hold your head high and maintain your humanity despite there being easier, beastly ways. It is an obligation to yourself as a human being–the higher standards you uphold yourself to, the better of a person you are, even if no one is willing to acknowledge it. For example, is the nobility any better, biologically, than the average peasant? No, the nobility aren’t better. Then why do they hold their head so high despite being of the same flesh as peasantry, you might ask? The blue blood that flows in their veins gives them a reason (or, more appropriately, a cause–a casus) to hold themselves to higher standards, therefore making them, well, become better human beings. The peasants have no such reason, and thus are more prone to devolving to beastly ways. But that doesn’t stop degenerate nobility from devolving, either. All that matters in the end is how willing you are to reach for perfection. Do you want to become a better human being? Are you willing to uphold yourself to higher standards and strive to become the shining beacon, the unreachable “paragon”? Are you willing to strive for self-perfection, never stopping or reaching a point where you think, “That’s enough”? If you answer yes to all three questions, welcome to the club.
Jayden Turner
Taper yourself off them, very slowly over a period of months. The biggest psychological changes happen from long term behavioural changes. While on that medication, change your life and make it a lot more positive and constructive, things that build your confidence truly.

Obligate lurker here, I've been in just about the same situation. Personally, the hardest part of becoming a different person was the extreme isolation that comes with it. It gets harder to relate to/feign interest in inane topics or our pop culture dumpster fire. At a certain point, I felt like I was totally alone; there was nobody I knew in real life I could be completely honest with. At least not if I ever wanted to speak with them again. I was genuinely unhappy for a while, but I think that just comes with the territory of maturing mentally and emotionally. Just resolve to become stronger through all of this; don't let it break you down. You need to want to be a better person, and you will pull through. If you want to improve your outlook, try what worked for me: It goes without saying to secure good nutrition, adequate sleep, and frequent exercise, you're not going to build anything worthwhile on a shoddy foundation. Crappy food, sedentary living, and poor sleep will all negatively impact your testosterone levels if you're concerned about that. I just cook all of my own food and sleep/exercise enough to stay healthy, no specific advice on this point. Read. Books. Pick a topic that piques your interest, but stick to the works that show merit. If you're so inclined, works on philosophy will help you out greatly. And don't just read it, go slowly and really process it. Think about what you do and do not agree with, be honest with yourself about everything. I was not truly secure and confident with my point of view until I evaluated what I believe against a lot of criticism. This did wonders for my mindset, as well as my ability to reason. Get into religion, but only if you believe, not because you feel compelled. It worked great for me. Leaving this one off at that because you don't deserve a thread derailment. Become cultured. I can assure you, you will never find lasting happiness by piling up posessions, cramming food down your gullet, and laying pipe. The modern world will happily indulge all of your most basic desires, but it will starve your soul. Spend your free time experiencing music, architecture, art, etc. - whatever floats your boat. I personally look to classical works of art like paintings and music; they exude a spirituality that transcends our basic biological economic/reproductive drives and speaks to our higher nature. We built the greatest civilizations this world has ever seen and will ever see, and in these times our people expressed ourselves through unparalleled artistic endeavors. It feels as though our ancestors speak to us through their surviving works, they show us the beauty we are capable of and grandeur of our imagination. It might sound crazy, but you'll feel far less alone when you're immersed in the timeless labors of our forefathers. It also makes me even more determined not to sacrifice the achievements we inherited for the sake of some suicidal modern social experiment. Not only that, but get involved in your chosen interest. Learn how to paint, play an instrument, sculpt, or whatever it is. Begin in humility, resolve to learn from your mistakes, you will surprise yourself with how well you can master a craft. I am trying my damnedest to learn how to paint like an actual artist. It is not easy, but at the end of the day, I have some tangible work/skill I have developed, something I can be proud of. Furthermore, I couldn't truly appreciate paintings until I understood firsthand the commitment required to produce them. Hope that helps?

I've been half-motivated, half-demoralized recently. I've managed to get into a relationship with an autistic qt who means the world to me, yet at the same time, at the age of 17 I had to watch my mother pass her last breath on her deathbed a few weeks back and attend her funeral a few days ago when there is a chance that I could've prevented it. There are a few factors that have taken the edge off of it, but it and the way it happened has still been soul-wrenching, and seeing the shock that the few people I have told when they find out what has happened makes me feel even worse.
This has all resulted in me spending time with my qt gf during the day and seeming fine to most, but coming back in an evening, eating, then near instantly going to sleep at 6-7PM. This is while I know that I have work to do and that there are various different ways I could entertain myself otherwise that I would normally indulge in given the chance, but I simply do not have the energy in my body to do anything, as if my body is in a state of despair but my mind is denying it.
My Holla Forumsack beliefs are one of the few things that have kept me afloat, but during a time where I have various pieces of coursework due without the ability to do them, I am at a loss, I don't know what to do.

My dude, look into sleep hypnosis.
I have struggled with intense depression all my life. I've managed to conquer it to an extent to where I'm a functioning successful adult but I still have bad times. However, I've found sleep hypnosis to be a god send. Just recently, I went through a really bad emotional episode. On Friday, I couldn't even make eye contact or communicate very well with my parents. Today after a session of sleep hypnosis,I was nice and relaxed, smiling and had a very nice time with them. While going through a depression episode is a living hell, putting loved ones through it is even worse. I can't tell you how nice it was to leave lunch with my parents today feeling good that we had a nice time rather than guilty and crazed because I put them through bad or negative stuff from me.
Check it out on Youtube, There's literally hundreds of videos for everything. I just turn on a eight hour sleep hypnosis video, turn off the screen and I'm out deep sleeping within about 15 minutes. Then I wake up with whatever hypnotic suggestions the video was about. It's been probably the most incredible life hack I've discovered. It really seems to make a difference in my life.
I recommend Thomas Hall on Youtube, but there's tons of good ones on there.
Exercise is of course the best thing but this is also something very good you can do that will hopefully have an immediate positive impact on your life.

Endure and grow. Time will heal wounds of the missing beloved. Spend time with her and build relationships knowing it could all be in vain. Rise above your current standing and look upwards towards things greater than yourself such as God, the West, and your Race. Ride the Tiger as Evola would say.

I've been shilling these books everywhere recently, and I'll keep doing so because they are fucking good.
OP, your biggest problem is likely a NUTRITION problem first and foremost. These books will walk you through some basic supplements and why those supplements work, backed up by a load of studies and thousands of improved patients. Basically, Depression and ADHD/ADD are not a discrete "diseases" that you target and cure. They are symptoms of a wide variety of causes that are unique to your biology. I don't know of any scans of these yet. I'm not going to be able to get around to it myself for a while unfortunately (no scanner, no time) so the only way to get them is off amazon for now. Get the fucking Breakthrough Depression Solution book (second edition) at least, because I've given the essence of the ADHD book below.
A few months ago I was falling apart as a person, and couldn't even handle the basics of my job because my long gone teenage dysthymia came back in full force for some reason though it was less of a sadness and more of an anxiety with panic attacks (which were fucking strange, because I was like two people, with and intellectual self that understood what it was looking at my body with a straight face freaking the fuck out on the inside. I was imploding badly. Thank goodness my boss is a great fucking guy. I sad down and searched hard for what the fuck was going on, and finally found these books which are basically the state of the art in layman readable form for properly treating/investigating this shit.
The following are some basic as fuck notes for ADHD/ADD, but this alone stabilized my depression as well as helped clear the fog that was filling my brain. My improvement was massive. Even a few days after starting this I was able to think about something for more than 5 seconds at a time, and stopped having panic attacks. A few weeks after than I no longer felt completely emotionally oppressed. My depression research (with me being my own test subject) is ongoing, because the depression book is a lot more complicated and less one size fits all. I don't feel super happy or any bullshit like that. Rather, I'm emotionally stable, and can actually feel somewhat rewarded for accomplishing things. This has bought me time to do more research to get my shit in order.
Take the following: When the above is done, it could help. But what it really does is ALLOW you to be helped. The above is the fucking foundation for all other improvement
>Take a B complex supplement, this is a good one: Jarrow Formulas B-right Complex amazon.com/dp/B0016003Z0/ B vitamins are various neurotransmitter precursers. Whenever you take neurotransmitters precursors, make sure to keep a log of how you feel during the day. If you become more emotionally unstable in a negative way for a few days (overexcited or suppressed), stop taking them. You may have been effecting one you didn't need to. Serotonin is affected by B6 and B3, and norepinephrine and dopamine are affected by vitamin B12 and folate (folate must be a "bioactive" form). The books go more into this.

Cont… Certain forms of a compound found in tumeric can reduce inflammation throughout the body. The brain and gut can be chronically inflamed and you'd be hard pressed to know it. It can also help arthritis. "CurcuminRich with Theracurmin" is a good one. It's a bit expensive but it's the best available right now. Take it after you've started everything else for a few weeks and see if there is an improvement. If not, stop after two weeks and see if you notice anything negative.
After the above is done, then it's possible to explore other supplements or conventional pharmaceuticals if needed. Conventional pharmaceuticals really are effective and have a place, but ONLY when a doctor understands why the fuck they work, and knows what's wrong with you that will allow them to work. Remember, every case of depression and ADHD is unique to that individual, but there are tests that can be done to figure out what needs to be done. Currently doctors just shotgun meds at patients based on chemical rep suggestions alone without a clue to what they are doing. Then they are surprised when patients have adverse reactions and side effects and months of time are wasted accomplishing nothing. By the way, taking the supplements above can completely cancel out many of the ADHD side affects, and some depression med side effects.
Other things you can explore are L-carnitine, CoQ10 (with bioperine, don't take this at night, it basically contains pepper and you'll suddenly wonder why your stomach feels on fire) and ginkgo.
You are a biochemical system, and depression is a malfunction which can often be fixed if you approach it correctly. The rest of the research is up to you, so please eventually question everything I posted here and confirm for yourself. I'm new at this too. While you may never be completely normal, I guarantee that things can be better.
For further reading, here's a massive pile of research that a guy did on his own issues after a genetic test. It's a good example of some of the things that can be "off" in a person, that you'd never be able to notice just looking at them. Doctors can do various tests that look for metabolic compounds that are indicators of some of these sorts of malfunctions (and there are many more than these). geneticlifehacks.com/biohacks-experiments-and-optimizations-based-on-my-genetics/

And yes, exercise is of course god-tier, but anyone who has had depression knows that's not fucking possible until you feel capable of doing shit again. The "just do something XD" fags need to get a fucking clue. And one final thing, most of the time, depression is not "all in your head". You're mind IS your body, and your body is having problems. The power of positive thinking is has a terrible failure rate because you can't positive think a broken arm fixed any more than you can do the same with starvation. Positive thinking and mental exercises are like physical therapy, they comes AFTER you've stopped the fucking bleeding, and sewn up the wound.

Rehabilitation, regular exercise and right motivation on top of a good diet and sleep schedule. I was on life support years ago. Got out of hospice, coma and life support.
Let's just say what does not kill you makes you stronger

Aside from the obvious sleep, exercise, and sunlight, a few things to try:glycine, taurine, niacinamide, theanine, magnesium, ashwaganda, vitamin d (with k).
None of these will pull you out of a deep depression, but they can give you enough of a lift to take things on yourself again.

user, look into the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. You can stay on your medication while trying this and wean off if you go into remission. It's not easy but it does work for many with Crohns/UC. This diet and medical marijuana brought me into remission after I could no longer tolerate Methotrexate.
Different racial groups have different lactose intolerance profiles for one. I am sure you could literally list thousands of differences.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and take Methotrexate, diet, MMJ, I exercise etc. Physical issues makes staying positive a bit more difficult. The real issues though are in realizing I no longer fit in with society in general, realization of just how much we've been fooled and the pressure I feel to protect my loved ones in this situation. It is our job to do the best we can to lead ourselves out of this nonsense we are in.
Don't let it sway you from doing what's right.

I've been looking into things for Rheumatoid Arthritis, because my mother has that (among other numerous issues). After looking into a bunch of options, I'm going to give her some of the Theracurmin I mentioned in my above post. You might want to look into the various curcumin options. Basically, a tiny fraction of Tumeric is curcumin, and when inject a tiny fraction of that is absorbed. Companies are experimenting with various ways to improve absorption, such as using piperine (an alkaloid from black pepper) and various physical forms.
Might give it a try and explore similar options/. If you do, please mention your results in whatever heath thread is up at the time. Won't cure anything, but from what I hear seems pretty good at relieving much of the inflammation (hence why it can help people with inflamed brains).
I don't have to deal with that fortunately, but I knew someone that did. How are things going for you, improving or just holding a steady course?
Heh. I've heard that prostrate stimulation can cure chronic hiccups, but ass kegels is a new one to me.

all that proves is that drugs are addictive: all the more reason to avoid them in the first place.

Fucking this. I beat major depressive and anxiety disorder thanks to Effexor. Anyone who disregards antipsychotic medicine because "muh Jews" is a fucking retard. I have never meant a doctor that prescribed me antidepressants with the intention of keeping me on them. Any doctor agrees they are temporary.

Fucking mods, man. If this thread gets deleted I'm off to greener pastures.

Mods here suck. We used to have threads sharing resources on shit like permaculture and self sufficiency. This place is trash now, probably as planned given the people in power.

High dose vitamin D along with vitamin K2 at 1/10th the vit D dose HIGH DOSE VITAMIN D Do your research, but take my word that it works. Don't pussy about with low doses, vit D is almost impossible to OD on, it is extremely benign. You could take 10 times what I suggest and would have no problem, this has been scientifically verified. The formula is 10/1 vit D to vit K2 For example, I take 20,000 IU vit D with 2000 mg K2 every day. The K2 is essential to ensure it works correctly, Do not skip the vit K2 when you take vit D Cured my long standing depression in a week. We are ALL vit D defficient in the west due to indoor work and too much time online. Even if you spend all summer in the sun, you will be depleted before winter sets in. For less than $20 you can test my advice, do it anons, it will change your life.

First and most importantly, research "how to process grief" Do not put it off, it is vital that you grieve in a healthy way. Good luck user.
Xavier Hill
The scientists who ran the necessarily experiments to get it to market already did all the work dipshit. Millions of people have successfully used antipsychotic medication to treat their conditions.
Grow up kid. Yes there are kikes making a profit. There are also people doing well on these meds

Wew lad how could we have know?

You're looking at medication the wrong way. I had to go through two other antidepressants medication before the third one worked. It wasn't because the Jews were trying to trick me into taking more meds. Everyone's brain chemistry is different. Some meds work for some well. Some cause bad reactions in some people. That's why they're only prescribed by a doctor who keeps checking on you throughout the process. Maybe read a book before you spout off with your nonsense. Faggot.
